This is a great vacuum, great suction, nice attachments, I like the free standing ability. I would but it again. Better than my Dyson, the real test will be how long it lasts before parts start breaking. It is on the heavier side which I would say is its biggest fault. I do like how it makes the battery last longer by sensing more dirt then it uses more suction. Battery at max speed lasts about 20 min, using it with the sensing ability about 50 minutes give or take depending on the amount of dirt you have to pick up. The wireless ability is just a gimmick and Im a teckkie... you play with it the first couple times and then forget it. All in all it cleans nice, gives your arm a workout, would buy again.

Hi - I dont typically leave product reviews but Ive been so impressed with this vacuum! I have a 1200 square foot apartment with vintage and delicate hardwood floors. Id been looking for a vacuum for a while that I can use on the hardwood without harming it. The hardwood floor attachment on this vacuum is perfect. Also, I cant say enough about how handy it is to have a lightweight cordless vacuum. No cord or plug-ins to worry about. You just pick this up and go - almost as light and easy as a broom. And, unlike a broom, this vacuum gets ALL the dust. Previously I was sweeping my whole apartment weekly and mopping it once a month - and I still constantly had dust and dirt on the floors. With this vacuum I can clean all the floors and rugs in about 30 minutes once or twice a week, and I plan on mopping only about once every 6 months (except the kitchen and bathroom - which I still mop weekly). If you live in cold climates and need to clean the snow salt off your entry way rugs every day - this vacuum also does the trick. Again, its just as quick and light as a broom. You can grab it and clean your entryway rugs in just a couple of minutes. The battery charge really does last 40 minutes. The different attachments all come on and off easily, and the vacuum easily converts into a hand-held vacuum thats great for couches, benches, chairs, etc. The only downside for this particular model is that the handheld function isnt particularly great for vacuuming up dust on solid furniture (such as dressers or shelves), but thats best done with a damp rag anyways. I was nervous about making such a large purchase and worried that it wouldnt actually work very well, but this turned out to be a good purchase.

I am very happy with this vacuum. It works very well overall. It is very easy to maneuver and gets into tight spots quite well. It transitions very well from carpet to bare floor. I would rate it five stars overall except for a few, mostly minor, complaints: In addition to the main cleaning head, it has 4 accessories, but the wall mount only has space for 3 The unit can only be charged in the wall mount holder, you cannot plug a charger in directly The charger is underpowered; I put it on the charger as soon as I unpacked it (there was enough charge to test it out) and was not fully charged after four hours. The charger plug is proprietary, and I cannot substitute one of the numerous chargers I have accumulated over the years. The battery appears to be a proprietary design so I cannot substitute one of my 18v or 20v tool batteries. The vacuum only comes with one battery. A spare battery costs $150 which is approximately 2/3 the price of the whole vacuum Looking over this list I wonder if maybe it should be three stars??? Hope this helps

Love this vac. I can feel when the suction changes-when increasing. Love that you see the level of dirt. I have long blonde hair and a dog-theres no wrapping the beater bar. Any other vac the beater bar has my hair all wrapped up, not this.

Our Dyson cordless vac recently had issues and no replacement parts seemed to fix the problem. So did some research and found this Tineco recommended by Wirecutter. Figured it was worth a try, especially since it doesnt cost as much as a Dyson! Were so shocked by how quiet it is! The first week or so of using it, we thought it wasnt on because it ran so quietly. We love the light that helps us see dirt in corners and under furniture. The dust monitor is interesting as well -- it supposedly measures the amount of dust in the area youre vacuuming to help you get a more thorough clean. Assembly was super easy, all the parts snap together well. The dust bin took a bit of finagling to figure out, but thats mainly because its different from Dysons style. The charger is also nice. You can take the battery off the main vacuum or charge it without removing it. But best of all... the switch you can flip to keep pressing the on button! My fingers rejoice, no more pain trying to press the button constantly for a long cleaning session! I do wish it had suction closer to the edges of the main vacuum attachment. I have to go back over our stairs with the detailer to get dust stuck in the corners.

Bought this Tineco Pure One S11 after seeing that it earned Consumer Reports Highest Rating for Cordless Stick Vacs, to replace a Dyson V8 Cordless Stick Vac which had a failed battery after 3 years. Consumer Reports made it seem like this would be a better replacement. Pure ONE S11 is quiet, and easy to handle, but its suction is less than I wanted. Picks up dust and cat hair, but litter box litter gets spread around on the floor and I have to go over it several times to get it all. I reached out to Tineco Customer Service and they suggested trying the AutoMax Button for maximum suction; It works! Now when I hit an area of litter box gravel one push of the AutoMax Button and it goes into turbo mode and picks up everything. Its one negative feature is cleaning the canister, debris does not come out easily and usually have to remove filter by hand (a messy process) clean it and re-install. They dust bin has numerous nooks and crannies where dirt builds up, and it is hard to clean. I wish they would re-design this part. We had a Dyson V8 prior to this, and it suffered from premature battery failure. Ill not buy another Dyson, their customer service was less than stellar. Purchased a second battery for the Tineco which makes it possible to do the entire house, mostly tile floors, one charge will just about do the entire house, 1900 sqft. Consumer Reports does not at this time recommend ANY cordless stick vac, due to issues of early battery failure. But until a better product is made, this Tineco Pure ONE S11 is the best there is.

Of all of the household chores that exist, vacuuming is my favorite. I love to vacuum. I love the satisfaction of vacuuming, and I love it when I know my vacuum is doing a good job. Ive had multiple Dysons, Hoovers, Bissell, and Shark vacuums over the years. I decided to try this brand out for a change. Everything I read sounded great, so I was so excited to get it! Pro - I can feel the strong suction. Especially when you but it in Max mode on a hard surface (not carpet), you can feel the suction. - The indicator ring on top shows how dirty an area is, then it turns blue as it gets cleaner - It tells you how much % battery power is left on the screen as you use it - its very quiet. It automatically chooses the strength of the suction to clean an area. The strongest setting is still quite quiet. Con - Im still getting used to seeing the indicator ring, so I feel like sometimes I overly fixate on one spot just bc the ring is red and not blue....even if the area do appear to be clean (yes, I know there can be dirt that I might not be seeing) - the battery power indicator is neat, but I feel like it also distracts me bc I can watch it die down so quickly - Each charge doesnt last very long. I can spend maybe 10 minutes vacuuming my upstairs, and thatll use up the entire charge - Charging takes A LONG time to fully charge - In order to charge, you have to rest the device on a charging base. It hooks up on the long attachment, even though the battery is probably in the top part. (Where the trigger and waste basket is) There isnt a way to charge without having it all connected, which takes up more space. - Although the vacuum clearly has multiple settings or degrees of strength when using it. The only 2 options are auto and max. Itd be nice it we could choose something in the middle since it sometimes does choose a light setting and the only want to override that is to put it to Max (which sucks up the battery life... literally) Overall, this is still a good vacuum. For what its priced, though, I expected a bit more.

I needed a cordless vac for the carpeted stairs in my 4 level condo as well as a mini vac for my car or small cleanups. I read tons of reviews and all seemed to have issues (too heavy or the on/off button had to be manually depressed at all times, for instance). What they all had in common was a short battery life (30 to 40 minutes), and attachments for mini vac needs, furniture, corners, etc. The newest Consumer Reports magazine had just come out and featured vacuum cleaners. The Tineco Pure One-S11 stick vacuum received its #1 rating, so I ordered one. First of all, it looks like something out of a Star Wars movie and is surprisingly light (I weigh under 100 pounds and have no trouble with it). It is also built to twist and turn, so very highly maneuverable when on stairs. It has a lock feature that enables you to leave it on without having to keep depressing the on switch. It also has a high suction feature that runs down the battery faster, but is a great option for deep cleans. It is cleverly put together so can be taken apart easily for clean up, though the instructions were a bit confusing to me initially and I had to rely on my intuitive sense (I am not a big techie - maybe not a problem for most people). Customer service is super nice and go out of their way to help and follow up, if needed. The unit looks big when mounted on the wall and charging, but the extra parts can be stored on the base unit (they click on and off to remove), so out of the way. The filter can be removed after each use and put in a little unit and the vacuum cleans it in seconds - so filter is very easy to clean. I have not purchased a 2nd battery yet, but probably will, along with a long, narrow wand that looks like it might go further into hard to reach places. The charging unit has a place on top that will charge another battery after the one in the unit is fully charged. I couldnt believe what it found on my stairs!! Really a deep clean that made me realize how inadequate my lugging around my corded vacuum was. I think the best feature is that when there is a small amount or light dust, the blue light on the top stays blue - when it encounters more dust/dirt, it turns red, meaning you need to stay on that spot for longer until it goes all blue again - extremely cool and very useful. The only downside is probably not limited to Tineco, but battery life is 30 to 40 minutes and it takes 2 to 3 hours to recharge, and while the clean up is made easier by the filter cleaner, you still need to wipe out the inside plastic components, of which some parts are not that easy to get to. But all in all, I love it and my stairs have never been cleaner! I plan on vacuuming furniture next (couches, etc).

It is very good, with a great power to take all dust from carpets, and very easy to use and clean. Battery takes almost 4 hours to get fully charged, and lasts around 30 minutes, so maybe an extra battery would be helpful to clean all house without interruption.
