This is going to sound like the most guy thing ever, but I bought this for my wife for her birthday. The back story is that our very expensive canister vacuum with the two 90 degree turns in the hose was constantly clogging with dog hair which aggravated her (me) no end. So on a whim I looked for reviews on portables that handled dog hair, and this was one of the top rated units. Getting it on sale was a bennie, however when I gave it to her I did feel like it was me getting a tie at Christmas. However, she absolutely loved it as a gift and her attitude towards cleaning now is 180 degrees better (90 + 90 for those who get the joke). Battery charging is a bit different than Im used to, as you have to plug the entire vacuum into the charger instead of just the battery, but after the 20 minutes it took me to figure that out, all is good. Cant recommend this enough if you have issues with dog hair and want a very good battery operated (read: portable) solution. I DO NOT recommend this for the car, aside from that, its great.

It is very good, with a great power to take all dust from carpets, and very easy to use and clean. Battery takes almost 4 hours to get fully charged, and lasts around 30 minutes, so maybe an extra battery would be helpful to clean all house without interruption.

It works well. Quiet, suitable for a 4Br house for spot cleaning. Still, you need a Swiffer to clean tight areas.

I previously owned the shark pet pro (market value about $200). It pretty much stopped working after one year. When researching a replacement I saw a lot of tineco models. I have a 2BR apartment with carpet and hardwood so I needed a model that could do both. Battery life was not as much of an issue for me (however you can purchase extra battery packs and I believe there are other brand that make the lithium batteries with the same attachment). After using it for a week I don’t have a bad thing to say about it! My favorite part is how easy it is to clean. Very similar in that way to the Dyson stick vacuum. The part about hair not getting caught in the brush head is TRUE! I have long hair and have not had to cut any out of the brush head. Highly recommend! Very easy to clean out which makes me the happiest.

I have a A11 hero which I bought several years ago. It has worked beautifully; however, I now own a dog who is a shedder. I needed something stronger. From my previous experience, another Tineco was a for sure. My new has much stronger suction and is picking up dog hair just great. The design is very similar to my previous vacuum. Being familiar with the design made it so much easier to get the vacuum up and running quickly.

This is a really nice stick vacuum. I got an extra battery but the battery life is really quite good as long as you dont use the max power mode too much. I really like the feature that shows how dirty an area is so you know where to put in the effort. We have a German Shepherd and Siberian Forest Cat and they are all-pro shedders. Tineco Pure does a great job keeping up with the hair. Using an attachment to clean one of the two provided filters is an ingenious way of thumping filters against the nearest trash can to dislodge dirt. Worth the money as long as it lasts a couple of years.

I have a pet salon , this is a Middle -High price product , and worth the price working pretty good with the Anti tangle brush head so far , i have no complain abt this product except the front two tiny wheels got stuck from the pet hair in the first day , which little disappointed since this product is made for pet hair users ~ , i think i have the point . i hope the company can give me advice here how to take the tiny wheels out and clean it , maybe over and over again , not sure if that helpful for long term but i would like to get help to remove the hair first .

I can gladly say that I am much more likely to vacuum since I purchased this stick vacuum. The freedom of not having to schlepp around a heavy vacuum and plugging it in is phenomenal! It even has enough power to get all my hardwood floors vacuumed on full power before washing them. It is a fairly lightweight device and handles great. Having two separate heads for hardwood and carpet is almost required and you should make sure to use the right one for the job. The charging station mounts neatly to the wall but I wish there was a mount for the second head. Emptying the bin and cleaning it is straight forward. What I do not like too much is the suction power. It is great at picking up hair and dust but even small debris often gets pushed aside rather than picked up unless you hit it at exactly the right angle. But thats about it! I feel my house is a lot cleaner since I started using this vacuum, simply because it is so much more convenient than a corded counterpart.

This is my first stick vacuum. Before this I had a Hoover Platinum Upright -- I call that the King of Vacuums. However, with the whole Covid, its in storage and we are temporarily living elsewhere in a good-sized apartment whose floors are about evenly split between laminate and low-pile carpet. I looked for a vacuum that would meet our needs, but maybe not overlap with the Hoover so when the two are united, both might have a place in our home. Good choice. This vacuum is terrific. Pros: - Capably handles both carpet and laminate with no problems. - Very maneuverable (much more so than my upright), which is handy as the edge cleaning isnt fantastic -- I can quickly shift to using the front of the vacuum where its better. - Very easy to shift between hand-held and stick. I found myself doing that last time I vacuumed -- quickly switching at the end to get some places in-between the furniture and the wall. - Power management -- this ramps up the speed when you are in areas where it finds more dirt. This sounded like a gimmick when I read about it, but in practice its seemless and very effective, and I appreciate it given it helps with the balance between battery duration, vacuum cleaner weight, and suction power. Clever and well implemented. - I can see the dirt. Ok- I never thought I would like this, but its actually very handy. Did that piece of cardboard I was uncertain about and vacuumed anyway make it up to the unit? Oh- there it is stuck around the brush, and oh there it just made it up to the hand-held portion. Will this handle that pistachio shell? Look, I can see it in the thing. This is really, really handy. Cons: - Light, but not light enough. I can very comfortably wield this at length, but Im a big guy. My wife, on the other hand, is more petite of maybe average height. I asked her if we might just use this at our new place and her response was that she likes it and will use it, but its too heavy to clean a house with. Somebody needs to figure out how to mount the battery nearer the floor to maybe shift the center of gravity- thats the winner. - The connectivity is gimmicky and not useful. I dont need a different app telling me its time to vacuum, or that I need to empty the thing, etc. I cant see this being useful for anyone. - The thing cant stand on its own. Youre vacuuming around -- oh, here, lets shift that chair. Oh- where do I prop this thing up awkwardly while I do that? - I wish there were a good option for not mounting. - Its kind of spendy, and Im now not convinced the Tango model was worth it. This thing is as expensive as my Hoover Platinum upright, and while I called that the King of Vacuums, its truly more like the Emperor. Anyway- bottom line is this: I like it and it meets our needs. The pros very much outweigh the cons in my situation, and the connectivity con is more like a feature nobody needs, where if I were to buy this again, Id simply choose a less-expensive model without it (if that exists). In our new home this will handle stairs, spot cleaning, and single-room cleaning. The rest goes to the Emperor.

I was very excited to get this vacuum, and it worked great everywhere throughout my small apartment until I went over my flat woven rugs. Since the vacuum can only be used in Auto or Max mode, as soon as it sensed dirt on the rug and revved up, the suction was too much and pulled up the rugs, clogging the head. I contacted customer support, and they suggested trying the app to see if it allowed me to set the vacuum to low suction. It doesnt, but Im hopeful their suggestion indicates that possibly that feature could be added down the road. In the meantime, the smaller brush head works fine on these rugs, but it takes a little more time since that head is half the width of the regular one and not really meant for that kind of floor use. If Id gotten one of these vacuums that didnt have that smaller brush head, I would have had to return it. Luckily since I have a small apartment, the battery life is just fine for me. I can always get what I needed clean on a single charge. This vacuum would be perfect if I could vacuum my rugs as intended.
