> 24 hourI bought these for the timer and the convince of being able to configure and switch on/off with my phone. But I ended up connecting it to my Alexa abs really surprised at how much I use it and how convenient it is to use voice commands to turn the light on. The only issue I have had is that it has disconnected a few times where I had to set it up again. Also when you set it up, you have to have WiFi on, Bluetooth, and everything else it asks for or it just doesn’t want to work. So I ended up letting it have all the access it wanted, set up the plug, then Turned off the access to the services in iPhone preferences.

> 24 hourIve been buying Treatlife switches for my smart home this past year, and Ive been very happy with how they look and operate. The price-point of Treatlife products is hard to beat. I was pleased when I learned that Treatlife was expanding their product range and now has smart plugs. These look better than the Wemo smart plugs Ive had before and operate just as well as them. Plus they cost less. So a win-win-win scenario as far as Im concerned. Why, then, did I give these only four stars? Well, as much as I like Treatlife I want to be honest in my review: Until recently, Treatlife did not have its own app for smart home integration. Instead, they licensed the use of the Smart Life app, which was perfectly fine and worked very well. I had no problems linking the Smart Life app to my Google Home. However, the instructions in the box of these plugs says to use the Treatlife app, which works fine and is nearly identical to the Smart Life app. The problem I ran into is the Treatlife app is NOT listed in the Google Home app for linking. You can continue to use the Smart Life app, which is what I will do. I felt is was necessary to ding one star on my review because of the confusion about the apps and the lack of information in the instructions. Usually Treatlife is good with responses, but in this case I got no response from their support when I asked about this app problem. Other than that, these plugs are great and I will continue to buy them in the furture.

> 24 hourI had several 3 yr old smart plugs from another manufacturer and one of them finally bit the dust - I tried to reset it and it totally refused to find the WiFi. I was concerned it might be an issue with my newish router, although all of my other smart devices didnt have an issue. So I set off to find a replacement with a few specific features - it needed to be heavy duty enough to run my coffee maker, it needed a built-in schedule function, and of course a good price. Voila, I found these Treatlife plugs with these features and a great price! It was so easy and fast to set up, especially compared to days of fighting with my old plug - practically instantaneous. My router was vindicated. The schedule feature works well and turns my coffee maker at on and off at different times, depending on day of the week. It works well with Alexa. Ive only set up one so far, so hopefully the rest go as smoothly. I also had occasion to contact Treatlife, and got a super fast response, which was impressive. Based on my limited experience, I would have no qualms about buying again or giving some as gifts.

> 24 hourWe were using several mechanical timers that were not very accurate and would make buzzing noises. These smart plugs are smaller, quiet and have accurate timers. The app uses Bluetooth initially to identify the plug. You then connect it to your wi-fi (make sure to have your wi-fi password ready). Setting a schedule was a bit confusing, the on/off indicator is strange. You set the time first, touch on/off, change it (to on or off), then confirm (the app says Confrim) and then touch Save. Once Id programmed the first plug, the other three were easy. I have not tried grouping the plugs. You just need the app on your phone to set/control these smart plugs. You do not need Alexa.

> 24 hourI have the light switches and was using WEMO. However, with a mesh system wemo kept losing “connection”. I got some inexpensive outlets and soon found out that they only allow six connections. After my experience with treatlife’s customer service, I bought these. They work amazing. No issue with disconnections, and I added everything to the smartlife app. I love them. The only concern I have (admittedly I don’t know if it’s an app issue) is the 24 hour clock. I would like a 12 clock.
