Tulip One-Step Tie-Dye Kit 15-Color Party Kit, Standard, Rainbow

I have been using these tulip dye kits for years and never has this ever happened. When i opened the box to put the tie dye bottles away i touched the turquoise bottle and it was clearly not closed properly bc every bottle i touched had powder all over it outside bottles. If i hadn’t thrown out the box i would have for sure requested a replacement but it was too late. I’m sure this isn’t the sellers fault but be careful opening this product as the box it comes in does not seem to protect the bottles of dye. Plus i am pretty certain the turquoise color will not be a vibrant as I want bc half the dye is on my hands and the other bottles. Every-time I touched another bottle i just got more blue on my hands. This will be on them for a few day

Ive had bad experiences with some tie-dye kits, and was worried when I bought this but after using it it will be the goto tie-dye kit for me.

This is a great little tie dye kit to get a large amount of fabric dyed. The bottles are a nice size and easy to prepare. It comes with rubber bands but I would but extra if youre using for a party. I also would buy different gloves to use, but the ones in the kit will suffice if need be. I would personally buy the 1oz squeeze bottles to fill and 4 or 5 to give to each child to use if I were using for a party or group, I would find it difficult for everyone to use if only sharing the main bottles and they can be harder to control the amount- easily using up most of one color if you have one that isnt mindful of what they are doing. Other than that, great value for the money

I used this for tie-dying with my daughter. Super easy. The only thing I would suggest is diluting the colors down way more than just what they give you. I dumped out some of the powder into a Ziploc bag. The colors are very vibrant and strong and I wanted a more pastel trendy look. Are use this for tie-dying with my daughter. Super easy. This an excellent set of tie dyes with various colors. Easy to use with well written instructions and diffrent ideas of how to tye dye. There was lot of diffrent shades of pink and reds , but only 1 green, 1 yellow and no gray or orther earth tones. This was a great for a bunch of us ( 6) to have fun and tie dye. I wanted to do more so i ordered Rit dye in diffrent colora so i could chose the colors I iike. Kit comes with rubber bands and a few sets of plastic gloves.

My 5 year old daughter and 7 year old son had a blast making a dress and shirts switch this tie dye set. It was super easy to use, but hardly feel like it would serve 5 people. Each color only has a single fill (no extra dye powder) and it took 4 - 5 dye bottles per article of clothing. If you want to use a single color for more than one article of clothing you should prepare by purchasing extra dye of the colors you plan on using. All articles did come out great and color is holding well after a few washes so far.

Purchased for ice dyeing not tie dying and I was a little shocked to see how little powder was in the bottles! It doesn’t say anywhere how many ounces of dye you get but it’s not a lot. Due to that it’s not going to make as many shirts as the description says. It’s not bad for Childs parties and that sort of thing but beyond that it’s a better price/value overall to buy better quality dyes.

So, in an effort to keep my kids engaged and off of electronics while isolated in the house we purchased this and lots of white clothing. We went through everything and I ended up dying pillow cases and really everything possible....and yes, I ended up.... I enjoyed this activity more than the kids and found it quite therapeutic. Ive purchased two if these kits and have enjoyed every drop of color. Just beware: the dye isnt great and washed out easily. Make sure and wash separately for the first few washes so that you dont stain other clothes

The dyes seem vibrant when youre dying. Some Colorado stayed vibrant. Others look terrible after 1 wash. Wet article of clothing prior. Let the dye sit over night. Rinsed before washing. Washed article of clothing by itself. My one and only suggestion is to not use the black. It seems to be the worst of the fading colors. Will try a different brand dye next time.
