The ink lasted longer than they say it does (was still good a week later with their caps on). If you want clean colours, do each colour at a time, wait for it to dry, then add more. If you want them to bleed together, then do it at one sitting while ink is wet. I managed to make about 50 large/xlarge t-shirts and still had lots left.

The dye worked great. Eady to use and finished shirts looked awesome. Took off 1 star because this DOES NOT do 72 projects! We did 6 tshirts, 2 long sleeve shirts, 1 hoodie, 1 sweatshirt, and 1 hat. Still did quite a lot and have enough left over that we could probably do 3 more tshirts.

I read reviews of scout meetings and summer camps and thought this would be a good project for our art class. I wasnt until I pulled apart everything and read the instructions that I discovered the dye is supposed to sit for 6-8 hours! So I ended up having to take them all home and then didnt have time to rinse them for a couple days. Whether because of that or just the quality of the dye, the shirts turned out great at least! Very vibrant colors and the kids were thrilled when I brought them back. I do wish the steps were a bit clearer up front though.

Purchased these as a craft to do while on camping trip. Easy to use, just add water and came with directions on different styles of tye dye patterns. Was alot of fun and shirts came out awesome!

Wow! This made so many projects! We had a teen tie- dye party and bought two of these for our large group. We only needed one. This made 20 pillowcases, 30 bandanas, over a dozen shirts, 2 sheets, and a pair of shoes. The color was vibrant, the kit was easy to use, the instructions and tips were helpful. We did soak the items in soda ash after prewashing everything. This extra step resulted in great, saturated hues and excellent dye retention with very little bleed. After rinsing and washing everything, the colors stayed bright and fresh. We were all impressed by the great variety of colors and the value for the money. HIGHLY recommend!

I wish the colors were more vibrant but I get it it’s hard depending on the fabric your using. Was a good product to use if use for fun tye dying. Wouldn’t recommend if using to make high quality long lasting tye dye garments.

Great color and easy to use! Just watch out and open and mix in a separate area as the tiniest dot of dry powder will get on your project and may ruin your effect- I will buy again!
