Great quality, worth the money

works just as described

Less than two months old and the screen just completely stopped working. No damage, didnt drop it, it just broke. Troubleshooting was ineffective and tech support was extremely difficult to understand due to language barrier and heavy accent. Sent it in for repair and they wanted to charge the same price to repair it as a new computer.

So far I love this computer. the back lit keys are awesome. It is fast and the clarity is perfect.

I recommend it for office work

I had this laptop for 2 months. It was working well until it just died! I called the manufacturer since it is still under warranty. They said I had to send it to Texas and would take 15 to 20 business days once they receive the computer to fix. This is a brand new computer. I work as a teaching assistant. We are working remotely. Very disappointed!

UPDATE: This computer had one job and one job only. To allow me to download my PS4 system software onto a thumb drive so it can be installed on the new internal drive on my PS4. IT FAILED MISERABLY!! Why didnt anyone tell me Windows 10 will not format thumb drives greater than 32GB in FAT32? I was absolutely furious until I found a free app that would format it. The computer is a great little machine. It is just hog-tied by Windows.

Ease to use this computer!

Windows 10 S Model prevents the safe downloading of any Internet Browser other then Microsoft Edge. The Seller was very helpful in advising us of the steps to disable Edge, and load Mozilla Firefox. Offered a return after 30 days. Very professional company. Will use them again with trust & confidence.
