> 3 dayI took a chance understanding this was a budget laptop but man this was terrible. It froze multiple times on me. 4 times in a row on one occasion. If you just want a bigger screen but dont care about the hardware and crappy speakers are your thing.... Well look no further you find it.

Upgrade it with 16GB and installed an 1TB HDD, very smooth limited bloatware and it comes with 1 month of Office 365.. you would have to install your own antivirus program (DOES NOT COME WITH ONE) but this laptop fast with the upgrade... Just a bit disappointed with the battery life, despite changing the settings it will still be 4 hours not 7 as claimed.

> 3 dayI bought this laptop after reading so many good reviews. I got it in a few days which was good but when I started using it, it would disconnect from the Internet for no reason. I tried looking online for a solution and it looks like its a known issue the this laptop will randomly turn off WiFi. I tried everything to fix the issue but nothing helped. I thought it was my internet but I have no issues with any other device in the house. From phones, to videogame consoles, to smart TV, only this device has this issue where it disconnects. Really disappointing and was looking forward to using it but I will be buying something else. If you consider buying this laptop, be sure you look in to the WiFi issues.

> 3 dayThis computer was affordable to me and had everything I needed. Nothing fancy just occasionally use it for school with my kids. Bought in August 2022 and used a handful of times. Kept it plugged in at all times then went to use it after not using it for about 2 weeks and it doesn’t power on. No lights no nothing. I called Amazon and they forwarded me to the manufacturer and I never got a call back. So it sits on my counter and collects dust. Yes, it was only under 400 bucks but still, I’d expect a little better product and customer service from both Amazon and Acer. Won’t buy again. Avoid this product is my review!
