> 3 dayDespite hours wasted in numerous conversations with Microsoft support, I am unable to switch out of S mode. For those fortunate enough to not know what that is, S mode basically gives your computer the capabilities of a smart phone. I can’t install Firefox. I can’t even open to command prompt. Hopefully, I will be able to return this computer. If not, I will he forced to spend $140 on an installation of Windows 10 Home that is not in Suck mode.

> 3 dayLooked for a long time for a replacement laptop. I really enjoy this one. Wish I could have found one with a CD/DVD player, but thats minor.

> 3 dayThis was a Christmas gift for my wife. After removing the little bloatware there was and installing more RAM, this thing is perfect. Very happy with the purchase.

> 3 dayThis is our new home laptop, since our trusty Toshiba has been co-opted as my wifes work computer. The Acer is faster, lighter and overall, a better experience than the Toshiba.

> 3 dayI needed a laptop to work to use to work from home. I looked around and this was one that I ended up going with. Seemed to be reasonably priced and had all the specs that I needed in a work from home laptop.

> 3 dayThis laptop looks and feels premium. I love that it has a backlit keyboard (the keys have a smooth feel) and the screen flexes all the way back.

> 3 dayI just needed a basic laptop for work with a larger screen for spreadsheets; this one filled my bill nicely. No setup issues, except for a mammoth pile of Windows 10 updates—as expected. Have watched a couple videos on it and they looked nice. Not a gamer, so can’t comment and the screen is not a touch device, so no ratings thereupon.

> 3 dayGreat price, fast laptop, great screen quality. Very very happy with this purchase. Works perfectly for Microsoft products and web surfing. I don’t game so I’m not sure how it would be as a gaming computer.

> 3 dayI was a bit skeptical about the brand Acer as Ive always used Dell or ASUS machines but this laptop has performed quite well considering the price I bought it for ($349.99), for that price you get a decent machine that has sturdy build quality, great battery life approximately 6 hours as indicated by the supplier (which is better than my $650 ASUS Vivobook laptop that I bought 3 months prior). A great machine for budget buyers. I plan to buy 2 more of these. Ill update this post as time progresses.
