I would have rated this as a four stars for the viewing angles, but its just so cheap that it deserves all five stars. I have bought two and both arrived without any dead pixels and are in working condition. I would recommend this entry 4k monitor. Pros: -Dirt Cheap 28 4k -Great as an auxiliary monitor. -VESA mounting, vertically mounted works great with considerations for viewing angles. Cons: -Horrible viewing angles: Viewing angles are as follow. The angles are approximate. ~~Below: 30° angle or more fades or strong black overtones. ~~Above: 160° angle or more fades out a bit, but not even close to below viewing. This is reasonable and acceptable. ~~Sides: It may also fade out a small bit, but looks great from most of 180° angle. -Larger, thick monitor with wide bezels.

I researched and researched and researched for a monitor Id enjoy on my desk. I work long hours at my computer. I didnt want to send a lot but get a great monitor. I found it with this one! I am looking to by a second to add to my setup.

    Greater than one week

I bought this monitor to play on my PS4 and for upcoming PS5. Looks great. Going from a 32” to a 28” screen is great. More room on my desk. Just an FYI, or a “buyer beware” this monitor does not support HDR for PS4 Pro settings. Kind of a bummer but picture still looks great.

After a several month of use I am pretty satisfied with this monitor. I just needed a larger no frills monitor for coding and conferencing. My biggest complaint is that for a monitor with so many setting to protect your eyes from blue light, whenever my computer turns off or goes to suspend the screen goes completely, blindingly bright blue which defeats all the settings to protect your eyes, and your sleep. My second point of contention is its poor design. For such a large monitor there is only one VESA mount, and it is in a curved, circular recess (and used by the foot stand which you cant piggy-back on). You cant really mount a mini pc on the back which is so common these days even with an extension.

Great screen for 4K gaming and works great for the Xbox one x , switch to game mode and is already calibrated to great visuals and performance. Screen was bigger then I expected so that’s a bonus. BEWARE they do not put your ASUS box in an amazon box when delivering , because of this an employee stole my first monitor which amazon labeled under “missing.” After a complaint my second was delivered successfully but still did not change the packaging and almost had it stolen from right in front of my door. (I was lucky to arrive at my door as soon as it was delivered.) for this reason it’s not given a 5 star rating.

Great great great value. Takes a bit to find the right settings but being able to save presets is a plus. Brightness is a little jarring but overall well worth it. Using with PS5.

I bought this monitor specifically for my Xbox One X. I used to have a Benq monitor but crossed over to the ASUS and I’m pleased with it. The picture quality in my opinion is about an 8/10 ( I’m basing this off of playing COD WWII and random 4K YouTube videos . 1ms response time on a 4K gaming monitor is pretty amazing too. I’ve noticed better results in my gaming . If you’re ever playing an FPS game and you know you have the skill set to perform well and a good internet connection but people are still getting the jump on you then this will definitely remedy those issues . The only issue I’m having is that free-sync is grayed out and is not even able to be used . I feel if a product is marketing this as an option you should be able to use it. I also wish I would have kicked in the extra money to get the more adjustable version . I feel the monitor sits kind of low . It’s a good monitor and I would recommend if you’re on the fence

so Im using this for my laptop, but it can only run 4k at 30 fps, so i had to downgrade to get 60 fps (if you have a high end cpu or game console you should be able to get 4k at 60 fps). Also, there are alot of annoying settings that are just... ehh. Coming from a qhd lg monitor, this one just isnt that great in terms of viewing angles, its really just a cheaped out 4k. If you want to just play games on it, I think thats fine, like for me, if Im looking at an image, I dont see any problems, but the display itself can feel kind of cheap when surfing the web. Plus there were some other stuff too. The stand comes built in to it, and when I set it up, it was just really low, so I put this on a vesa stand I had, but that whole process took like 10 minutes of trying not to damage the screen at weird angles, while normally it wouldve been pretty instant. Ive had some issues with monitors I bought off of amazon, like the last one had a stuck pixel, so I was just happy that this one didnt have damage, but I might try to exchange this for an lg or samsung monitor
