I bought this steam cleaner/mop because I was completely over mopping my floors and wanted to try and get the stains off my floor. This was the best thing and has many many uses. The plastic piece in the back did break off in my closet but we weren’t the most gentle with it.

I liked this mop for awhile. It’s not too heavy. Cleans ok. Doesn’t put out a lot of steam so you end up using “heavy steam” the entire time. I have to refill the water 3-4 times to steam the whole house. Less than a year later of using it maybe twice a month and it leaks water out so bad that you have to refill it every few minutes. Will not buy again

Worked well, only problem was trying to keep a good grip on the trigger, let up at all and it stops.

Works as advertised. It cleans our tile floors without using any cleaning solutions - just the steam. We also use to clean the built up soap scum in the cultured marble shower stall. Its easy to see why Consumer Reports gave it a good rating.

I received this today and, as my Shark steamer finally gave up last week , I was eager to clean my floors so I inboxed it and went right to work. To get right to the point, I’m sending this back tomorrow. Here are the immediate problems with it, right off the bat: 1: EVERYTHING is located in the handle; the water, motor, and tool storage are all located in the handle, so it’s extremely heavy to hold. 2: Add to this the MAJOR design flaw that there is literally nowhere to store the cord. You either hold it in your other hand or you trip over it 3: You must continually squeeze the trigger to produce steam, if you let go, the steam shuts off, so now I’m holding this heavy handle while squeezing the trigger AND holding the cord in the other- was there no end user testing done with this thing? 4: Because you must hold the trigger in one hand and the cord in the other, switching hands to ease the weight of the handle is really difficult, and frustrating 5: It has a nice fabric steaming attachment but I can’t see me steaming 84in drapes while holding this heavy handle for long 6: It doesn’t produce the amount of steam I was expecting- my old Shark made twice as much steam and it was half dead

This is a great steam mop for my hardwood and tile floors. Its the best solution Ive found for cleaning thoroughly and quickly. I find the steam mop with handle and the most beneficial and easy to use. I have found that having a new cleaning pad for every room or two leaves the floors cleaner and shiner looking. The handheld steamer is a bit heavy and sometimes awkward to use with the smaller attachments. It has to be held a certain way for the steam to work, or course. So those tight areas can be difficult to reach. Ive cleaned my showers successfully with the smaller pad attachments. The other attachments Ive not found a great use for them yet. Some reviewers disliked the long cord. I thought the long cord was great, especially since Im using it mostly has as steam mop. All in all, Im very satisfied!

This product was great to clean the dirt build up on the grout.

While the device seems to do the job in most cases, it is exhausting to use. One must hold down a button for continual use. The cord is annoying to work with. Even storing it is up to the user. No hooks, etc. Overall, there must be a better version that it is less work.
