I cant imagine you even trying to do this job without a tool like this. It has a bung which helps to tell you if the valves of shut. And a nice guide for the drill and tap. Just be warned you do need a good air wench and scope, also some sort of hose to attach to your going to be able to blow out the piston housing. I used a blow gun with a long metal tube and connect a hose that you put on a fish air pump, this what race is getting rid of all the slag.

Junk very easy to install but after a few short miles the internal threads of the insert failed and the spark plug now I have to pull my engine to get the faulty insert out of the head

I replaced a heilcoil that had failed. It was an easy install and I think it will outlast the truck.

Tools felt like heavy duty quality. Came with a mini CD that featured video instruction from 1970 (jk). Hasnt blown back out so far. I smashed to make sure. Use the time to check on your ignition coils. Gdam fords.

Very nice well built kit easy too use don’t be scared pretty self explanatory to use make sure u have a bore scope and a air compressor to blow cylinder out have replaced multiple plugs in cars and still running strong with this kit

Dont use the cheap parts store Heli coil. Does 8 plug holes, a little tricky on the rear holes but totally doable.
