> 3 dayThe fact that I can terminate, plug in the locator/tester, go to the rack and wiz through the connectors for locating and testing is such a time saver on big jobs. I wish I had this years ago! Absolutely love it!

> 3 dayI have had two Klein Cat testers. Both developed issues with the remote. The contacts wear in the remote and you start getting false open readings in 12 or 78. Klein does not repair OR does not even sell replacement remotes, I was told I had to buy a whole new tester. Buying a second one, shame on me. The remote went bad AGAIN. I bought a Fluke this time.

Greater than one weekDefinitely worth the money as it pays for itself in time saved. First week I was pulling wire in an existing house to expand network, multiple 100-200 cat6 pulls. One run pin tested short on 6 and 7. Instead of searching or just pulling a new line I used the conductor length feature. Told me all conductors were 105 from my measure except for 6,7 which were only 100 which let me know the short was 5 from the opposite end. Sure enough there was a snag 5 from the end which was fixed in under 5 minutes.

> 3 dayI also bought mine at Home Depot on the same day I recieved a cheaper network cable tester and this has and will help me alot. Im installing cat6 cables in every room(below the house and in the attic and I also have a hard time to tell the difference between colors on the cable and my first attempt, before getting this I had two twisted pairs mixed up, using this made it easy work to fix my mistake.

> 3 dayMy house is connected through 24+ ethernet connections and wireless access points. When a lightning storm same through my area, it blew out two switches that I was using. Although the switches stated they were functioning properly, I did not have a way to test them other than switching all the cables. This tool allowed me to quickly identify the problem and make the necessary changes. My network person has one that cost him more than 1k, but this product did the same thing for less than $100 and I do not have to pay a service charge for him to visit.

> 3 dayFor the first time in 25 years, I had to bring up an already wired network in an existing building. Wire pulling would be too expensive, we had to use the existing 16 year old Cat5, which had never been connected at the network closet.
