> 3 daySplendid display piece that can be shown vertical or horizontal. Also, the modules of the Saturn V come apart. It’s a very sturdy build and overall just cool. Highly recommend for young space buffs and anyone who has an eye for exploration and history. Play Features: the Saturn V is really designed around collecting and displaying. Retiring date: At this time, there is no official retire date for the set but it most likely will be mid 2022. This set is a re-release of a previously retired Saturn V model. Price: The price to piece count is above average on this set. Great buy at full price and even better if you can find a sale.

> 3 day‘Lego’ stock box is the cardboard box shown , and not the actual shipping box. Now , on with my review. This is the set that brought us history in real life . It is a marvel to build and proudly display this unique version of the manned vehicle that ‘slipped the surly bonds of earth ‘ to deliver 3 humans to the orbit of our satellite , the moon , and deliver by the Lunar Lander 2 of those 3 , while one circled the moon in hopes of delivering the 2 visitors and himself back to our lush blue/green planet. The year was 1969 , the number of pieces in this set , 1969 , coincidence , hardly. Lego payed exact homage to this historic event. The one that 3 US citizens “ returned safety to the earth “. If you ever dreamed of space , or longed to leave the world behind , you can do so for a short time in building this set , and the memories will last forever. I can not say you will all receive this set as I did , but I can guarantee , you will enjoy the adventure set forth. Dream on , and live an adventure of a life time. Dreamer

> 3 dayI have given this rocket as a gift and receiver loved it. Now I am a 65 year old LEGO mania Grandmother that bought this one for myself! The packaging by Amazon was double boxed and not a mark on the actual Lego box. EXCELLENT JOB AMAZON.

> 3 dayGreat build. ALMOST as nice as the Shuttle Discovery with Hubble telescope (which is amazing). Relatively affordable by Lego standards and a great gift for self or any space or lego enthusiast.

> 3 dayThis was a blast to build from start to finish. It’s very accurate to the original rocket and has detailed features. I also liked the fact that no stickers were used.

17-12-2024If you want a largish Saturn V model for cheap that requires no scale or detail accuracy, look no further. It captures the spirit with 1969 pieces, just make sure to set aside roughly 10-15 seconds to find and place each of those pieces if youre not an experienced and caffeinated builder.

Greater than one weekIf your new to Lego or want a great show piece or both this is a set worth having. Better to buy it before it’s retired (prices will climb after that). Plan about 25-45 minutes per bag. Boxes ship very well by Amazon so they be in collectible condition when you get it.
