> 3 dayAlways wanted to get this, but the price was too high. When it came down to under $120.00 I scooped one up. What a great time I had. Im 62 and this is the first Lego product I have ever had. It was easy, even for my fat fingers. One thing that drove me nuts. I wasnt aware that there could be extra parts in the bag. I would get to the end of a section and there would be a couple of small parts left over. Learned to live with it. Would recommend this to everyone. Get it while you can.

> 3 dayLegos are expensive, and there is a reason - they are well engineered and have clear, defined assembly instructions. This set is no different. In fact, this is an amazing set. It went together very well. Just make sure you follow EVERY step exactly, or you will hate life later. There were a couple times I had to back track, which fortunately wasnt too terrible. To go back several steps would mean disassembling parts, and because of the number of steps involved, would be difficult at best to get back on track. This set really is engineered soundly, and well designed. It was a lot of fun to put together, and now it sits on the shelf. I hope to do another one of these again.

> 3 dayIm not going to lie, I loved the absolute nerd factor of this one... Absolutely a fun one to build if you have a fascination with space like I do. The only thing that I can say thats negative about this whole fun product is that one part of the build, was that step 155 (page 109), WILL cause you to go mad if you dont use superglue for that entire spot that you have to make 4 times... This is the only time Ive ever recommended using glue on Legos, but if you dont, as soon as you try and snap on the pieces that go onto those pieces, you will be tearing that section back off to reconnect the parts that have seperated... I ended up using superglue and stopped trying to tear my hair out after that...

> 3 dayIf your new to Lego or want a great show piece or both this is a set worth having. Better to buy it before it’s retired (prices will climb after that). Plan about 25-45 minutes per bag. Boxes ship very well by Amazon so they be in collectible condition when you get it.

> 3 dayThis is a big and complex lego model. I bought it for my son. He wanted the Lego Death Star. Im not spending $1,000 on a lego set. So, I got him the Saturn V rocket instead. He was unsure about it and we began putting it together. I handed him the pieces he needed for each step and he put it together. There were very few mistakes along the way becasue the instruction book is good (it even has great historical information in it). We did it in three settings. So, we got a lot of good quality time out of it. In the end, it is a great educational toy. The modules separate just like the original rocket. The lander is inside and it comes out. It has tiny lego guys that give you a sense of scale. In real life, this was a huge rocket. The assembled rocket is on a shelf he bought just to display it.

Greater than one weekI think someone messed up when adding this to the store and put 84 $ as the price. I should have bought all 3 that were in stock at the time I purchased. This was really fun to build, and I have it displayed on a shelf above my monitors. It took me ~ 6 hours, but I didnt really have much room on my desk when I was building it, probably would take closer to 4 if i had the proper space to lay everything out on.

Greater than one weekGreat product that was fun to assemble. Its been so long since the Saturn Vs flew that the younger generation doesnt have a clue; the manual had great history information.
