> 3 dayThese things work. If there is even the slightest drip a buzzer goes off. I thought they were a waste of money, but my husband insisted on buying them, and theyve proven to be worth every penny!

> 3 dayWorks perfectly. After a few months of it being on the alarm went off. The dryer exhaust pipe had fallen off the back and the condensation set it off. Very happy.

> 3 dayBought this in January and my plumber installed in March. I bought to prevent water damage to my new hard wood floors. The cold water valve is defective and the slow leak caused water damage to my floors over the course of two months and the alarm did not go off or shut off water. What was purchased to prevent water damage caused it. Very disappointed in this product. Vendor is not answering my question about fixing my damage.

> 3 dayI bought this less than a year ago. It goes off intermittently without any water leak and will not reset. I have no idea what triggers this thing. There is no override so my wife cannot do laundry when it thinks it has detected water. This last time it alarmed, it was 3 days before it would finally reset and we were unable to do laundry, as it closes the valves and is near impossible to get to in my situation. I contacted the company and they told me to pay to ship it back to them so they can look at the unit. Once again, it is a huge job to get to the valves in my setup so I could remove it. Then they want me to pay to ship it to them. I thought maybe they would send a new sensor or some other easy solution for the customer. But no. Id look for other options. This thing isnt worth the hassle and certainly not worth this price.

> 3 dayAll items were well organized and packaged in the box. Installation was straight forward. Was not able to setup phone notification initially will try again. My one complaint would be that the drywall anchors are too large for a 1/4 hole and 5/16 is too big so you end up having to rotate the drill bit to enlarge the hole to make them fit. Probably obvious to most.

> 3 dayInstalled very easily. I tested it for proper operation after install and everything worked perfectly. I test this thing every so often and the last time I tested it was after approximately 7 months of use. One of the two valves no longer closes. Not even during a power failure. This thing cost a lot of money for something that stops working after a few months. I should have just purchased a main line shutoff valve and integrated into a Smartthings leak detector.

> 3 dayThe company that put this kit together spent a lot of time on the packaging, manual the control box and shut-off valves. Very well laid out and very very simple to install. The kit comes with everything you need, including a template to mount the box, tape, screws, wire ties, even an extra outlet! They really thought of everything. Not sure if you have ever installed a Floodstop but they could take a Big lesson from this company ! Floodstop just gives you some parts and a generic install manual that is for all of the products. You have to go to the hardware store to get the needed fittings. I would like to see this company make a unit for the furnace dehumidifier which notoriously leaks now and then. For the price, it is a great value! No point to a photo for it looks exactly like the one posted.

> 3 dayEasu to install, easy to set vacation sensor. Dropped sensor in a glasss of water and it worked like a charm. A few days later when we were doing laundry, the alarm sounded and the water turned off. Moved some things so I could see the sensor and there was no water near it. I thought it had malfunctioned UNTIL I looked at the dryer exhause. It had come loose from the wall and the high humidity was setting off the alarm. We seldome look at the dryer exhaust vent and it could have been off for months before we would have discovered it. Bought one for each of our sons homes and geting one for our water heater. Great product! The three outlet extension is a nice idea, BUT the transformer covers up 2 outlets, so either the outlet or the transformer needs to be modified.

> 3 dayI brought this product in April 2022 for a difficult to access stacked second floor washer/dryer. Following a repair issue 12/2121, the washer drain hose became dislodged, and the device detected water on the floor, properly shutting off the water. I am grateful that it worked, however, the valves will not reopen. The washer shut off with a low flow error message. I have taken the unit out of service, disconnected the wifi component, extensively dried the sensor, but the solenoids are stuck closed. So, in summary, the product worked ONCE, then became useless. Although I understand it prevented a costly leak repair, for the money, I would expect this product to reset and continue to work more than once.
