> 3 dayTo many false alarms, and after a year I can no longer reset to device.

> 3 dayI bought this less than a year ago. It goes off intermittently without any water leak and will not reset. I have no idea what triggers this thing. There is no override so my wife cannot do laundry when it thinks it has detected water. This last time it alarmed, it was 3 days before it would finally reset and we were unable to do laundry, as it closes the valves and is near impossible to get to in my situation. I contacted the company and they told me to pay to ship it back to them so they can look at the unit. Once again, it is a huge job to get to the valves in my setup so I could remove it. Then they want me to pay to ship it to them. I thought maybe they would send a new sensor or some other easy solution for the customer. But no. Id look for other options. This thing isnt worth the hassle and certainly not worth this price.

> 3 dayThe c-clip on the inlet side of valves (the side that screws onto the supply tap) can become unseated as others have noted and I wish I had heeded. This can lead to leaks and ultimately complete failures (completely open tap water release) which the shutoff valves themselves cannot stop. So the valves themselves can cause massive leaks that they cannot correct. At least the alarm still works. We were lucky to hear to the alarm in time to catch it with just a small leak but in turning off the supply valve I jostled the line slightly and the c-clip became completely unseated (photo) resulting in a short period with the tap completely open. I expect giving enough time the c-clip would have fully dislodged due to the slight shaking of the hose by the running washer. We were really, really lucky. This product is showing as currently unavailable. I hope it has been pulled until the manufacturer can prove it has corrected this flaw/quality issue. Im editing this review to add that I reached out to the manufacturer. The manufacturer only communicated that the product was no longer under warranty.

> 3 dayInstallation was a quick with an easy step by step procedure- Plenty of cables to place the devices where it is convenient for care and operation Peace of mind is Knowing that the water will be turned off if a leak is detected.

> 3 dayThe install was faulty easy and straightforward. Tested the valves and they worked. Sensor worked. Everything fine on that side. However, the WiFi module will not work. The status and link lights will not turn on and I cannot connect it to my WiFi. I was without a washer for a while because of a leak and it was a huge pain taking my stacks down and doing the repairs. I haven’t gotten up the motivation to take it all apart again and mail the unit back for the WiFi malfunction.

> 3 dayWorks as advertised. Downgraded it to 4 Stars because poorly written instructions caused water all over the floor; which had to be mopped up. Connecting power immediately opens the valves. Did not have hoses connected. No Drill size stated for drywall anchor. Had to find size by slowly increasing drill size. Used 1/4 drill and was nice and tight, but anchor still stripped (see photos). Another reason we downgraded it to four stars is that screws intended to hold the unit tight to the wall are partially threaded. They need to be fully threaded. Could never get the screw down enough to hold the unit tight to the wall. The drywall anchor started to spin in the wall. We ended up with two holes in the wall from removing the anchor. Then went up 1 inch to install the unit, to hide the holes, and used our own screws. Before purchasing the unit call their customer service. They could not answer some questions. With all that said, its doing what we needed it to do. The cheap water valves that the Builder installed have rusted opened several years ago. When I ask for help from a friend who was a plumber he said the valves had been soldered on. Would have to rip out the drywall and completely replace the Box. We were using brass Garden hose shut offs because our plumber friend said its working it was a better solution than ripping out the wall; until one night one of the shut offs burst. Had to run and turn off the main. The hoses have been directly hooked up to the open valves for a few years. Just ordered a new washing machine and dryer set and ordered this unit not only to detect leaks but to be replacement valves and to have a water shut-off. Its only been installed for half a day and this unit appears to be working as it is intended. We intend to use the vacation mode to turn off the valves when were finished doing laundry to remove the pressure from the hoses. Because we have the option of turning the water pressure off when not in use we could have stayed with the standard rubber hose, but opted for the stainless steel braid reinforced washing machine hose. It was only a $5 up charge. As you can see in the up loaded pics, they just fit side by side in our laundry room box. Havent zip-tied or routed the wires yet. Will do that when we take out the old washer and dryer the weekend before the new washer and dryer are to be delivered. And thoroughly clean behind and under the washer and dryer. *** update *** 26 Dec 2018. The first controller the LEDs were acting up only after 3 days with both the orange and the green LEDs on at the same time. Called customer service. They said unit was defective and to call Amazon for replacement. Amazon sent advance replacement unit. Switched out the controller and everything has been good for 4 weeks. Returned the other unit right away (otherwise we would have been charged for the second unit). Unfortunately, the new washer that was delivered was defective and we had to put it into the garage and place the old washer back in its place. Waiting for them to bring replacement washer. Thats life sometimes!

> 3 dayThe product arrived in a very timely manner - The product box is sturdy and well organized. Very suitable if you were giving this as a gift for a housewarming or other function. When we first discussed this purchase the price was a factor but having the extra security of knowing that if the unlikely leak occurred this would alleviate many headaches with dealing with the insurance company. We had already upgraded the hoses to the stainless steel hoses when the washer was purchased new but one never knows when something else will go wrong. As far as installation everything is included in the box. Many minor options were given when installing. For exams, supplied was the template to screw the electronic unit to the wall - sheet rock anchors included but in addition anchors for cement walls and a two sided tape was included (we opted for using the two sided tape). Also were wire ties to neatly and securely run the wires where exposed. Also included was new rubber washers for the existing hoses. In short everything needed was in the box!! Installation itself a breeze. Although instructions really not needed they were supplied with exact step by step guide. I would say anyone can do this install. In regards to operation - It does exactly what it should - you can clearly hear the valve open and close and the indicator lights confirm operation. I like the vacation feature - hit the little button and valves close. In the past we would have to reach behind the machines (stackable) and fiddle with the difficult to reach valves - now just hit the button. All materials supplied seem very high quality. If wish the company would come out with a version of this for basement use on the main line coming in from the well even if it would have to be installed by a qualified plumber.

Greater than one weekUPDATE: Have been speaking with seller. Fully willing to send a replacement and update with the newer version. Great service on their part so moving to 5 stars. First review: We installed the units and initially they worked great. After a few months, the top portion, Blue valve, now is leaking slowly. All of the connections are good but it leaks from the top. After searching for a customer service number to see about an exchange, I cannot find anything and there is no way to return. Will update the rating if able to connect with seller and get resolved.

> 3 dayThankfully have not had a real life incident. :) Good investment if you have washer dryer above your living room.
