Greater than one weekI got the Wifi version, ordered 2 of them. One of them works very well, the other doesnt power on at all, a complete dud. The one that works was easy to pair with the Smart Life App and it works with Alexa as well. Amazon says theyre sending a replacement for the dead one and it should be here tomorrow. Im using them (well, one of them right now) to control 2 5,000 btu window air conditioners (and probably 1,000w heaters in the winter.) Make sure you dont exceed 1,100w, thats all it can take, and unfortunately most space heaters are 1,500w. Luckily, most 5k btu air conditioners only use like 400-500w on high. One criticism is that, if the unit is off, Alexa cant change the temperature setting. You have to tell her to turn it on first, then tell her to change the temp. I hope the replacement for the dud works. Well see tomorrow.

> 3 dayAfter setting the four settings (I called them Morning, Day, Evening and Night) the thermostat would cycle on and off to the desired set temperatures. However, after the third setting it was supposed to turn off because the Night setting was set at 54 F. The temperature in the room was still 68. I returned the item after having double checked the settings.

> 3 dayIt does work. I wish it had smaller hysteresis. As it is - its 2°C , +1°C and -1°C around the set point.

> 3 dayevaporative coolers have high voltage going to the main control switch and wit can be expensive to run a control switch remotely and the thermostats for roof top water coolers start at a minimum of $40. The key is you still need at least 5 wires capable of carrying the 110v power to it where ever you remotely install it. This product does not prewet the pads but has not been an issue where I live and how I set my temp. This allows it to cycle all day without freezing you our at night or on milder days. This item resolved all my grandmothers operator error complaints with running a water cooler instead of an AC unit which cost triple the price in power consumption to operate.

> 3 dayI have it powering a 120v relay to connect my coal stove thermostat wires. I now dont have to guess a temperature setting I think I need for over night.

> 3 dayIm an American and like my temperature in Fahrenheit. The instruction manual did not say how to switch from Commie Celsius. The Amazon product description has the process above. Other than that, it works exactly as advertised. Hooked up to a window AC unit in the wood shed and now I have a thermostat.

> 3 dayI was a bit worried because some reviews shows the device almost catching on fire so I watched it like a hawk the first week or so. Checked on it and it has always been cool at the plug. I have an old house w/o whole house heating so in my second bedroom I have a cute wood console with a heater in the middle of it. The kind that have a pretend fireplace. Anyways if I left it on the room would get too hot or if left it off too cold. This little device works great at regulating the temperature. The remote is tricky to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit but I managed. That’s the only negative. I recommend this product if something changes I’ll update.
