> 3 dayI bought this to control a through the wall fan between living room and bedroom, move warmer air into the bedroom when temp drops below 67F or so. It works well for this. Off a degree or two but easy to compensate. The issue was the hit and miss owner manual. I spent almost an hour trying to figure out how to simply make the temp show in F instead of C. I succeeded only after finding this information in the Amazon listing. Beyond that, the instructions read like “push a button (there are two) three times then hold the “other button” for 10 seconds, then push a button three times, then stand on your head and make a noise like a chicken”. It took me an hour of frustration. I copied this information by a screen shot from the product listing. FINALLY i got it working. UPDATE 2/23: It does what it’s supposed to. BUT IT SUCKS BATTERIES. 6-maybe 8 weeks from a pair of alkaline AAA transmitter batteries. The transmitter doesn’t require reprogramming on a battery change. AAA batteries are inexpensive. Just sort of a nuisance to change them 2-3-4 times every winter. Leave the receiver plugged in. That way you won’t. Need to re-pair from scratch on a battery change.

> 3 dayUpdate: stopped working after 3 months. With 1500 watt heater. It took it apart , it melted inside Initial review: Dec 2021 I bought this thermostat to control the temperature in a 15x15 room in my basement with out a furnace duct. i am using this room as a home office for work from home during Covid. I bought this in conjunction with a Comfort Zone CZQTV5M Ceiling Mounted Radiant Quartz Heater heat. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07YBH9XVG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 So far the combination has worked flawlessly keeping the room a warm 72 degrees that I set on the wireless thermostat. In the morning, the room is around 59 ot 60 degrees, it takes about 15 minutes to warm the room on the high setting of the heater. The low setting does not keep the room warm enough. I would recommend this heater and thermostat combination and would buy them both again.

> 3 dayI purchased two of these and both of them burn up within a week. They are junk. And a potential fire hazard.

> 3 dayApp for this product is slow and glitchy, not sure if it the app or the outlet itself. Set up was easy and that the only good thing. After using the product for a little over a week it stop working, product not have power at all

> 3 dayIve got a small shed that Im storing things in that shouldnt freeze. Ive got a 1500W electric oil heater in it and a Govee Bluetooth temperature monitor so I can use my phone to check the shed temp from inside my house (since its close). I tried 4(!) different simple plug in thermostats with the fixed on/off points and none of them actually worked. Returned them all. Went up in price to this unit and its been working great since. I have it set at 40F and the thermometer data shows nice tight limits from just under 40 to just over 42 when it kicks off. The instructions suck and they dont tell you how to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit. But I found that info in the answered questions section here on Amazons page for the item. ********************** SEE ATTACHED PICTURE. AND THE SCARIEST PART IS THAT IM 90% SURE THAT THIS HAPPENED WHEN NOTHING WAS PLUGGED INTO THE PRODUCT. (IT WAS PLUGGED INTO THE WALL, OBVIOUSLY, BUT I HAD UNPLUGGED THE HEATER THAT WAS PLUGGED INTO THE DEVICE PREVIOUSLY)

> 3 dayI did not expect the thermostat to be 100% accurate. It seems to turn on after the temp drops about .9 degrees, but thats fine. I think if it was too accurate, my heater would turn on more frequently. Regardless, Im fine with this solution, and Im staying warm in my office.

> 3 dayIt took a little while to wrap my head around the logic of the app, the documentation could be improved. It helps if youve used the Smart Life app for other devices. Seems to be a solid little plug though! I havent seen anything else like it on the market, especially in regard to the flexibility of the scheduling and temperature functions. We ordered three more, for the random other space heaters around the house:-)

> 3 dayThis actually works really well. Perfect for controlling a small space heater in a room. Only issue i had was the contacts inside the plug in were spaced to far out so it would fully hold the cord that was plugged in. I took the cover off, squeezed the contacts together and has worked great since
