I am shocked at how well this Shark robot works! It is better than my swiffer and vacuum. I have 2 yellow Labradors and this is great to keep the floors looking good! I wish I bought this sooner!

Pros: it picks up pet hair better than others *Its not too loud *The price is decent for having a tower Cons: *it gets clogged easily *It always (daily) gets stuck falling off stairs *It crashes into dog bowls a d doesnt care that its up in the air like a ramp, it will keep going and make a mess. *the battery is small and needs to charge often *no magnetic no go zone sensor *app is very limited and one of the worst apps out there as far as options go *no suction level customization *maps are inaccurate and dont seem to adjust over time *dust bin is tiny

We have had this vacuum for awhile now and it works pretty well. Its a great alternitive for sweeping. The mopping function also works well and even with having to swap out parts and adding water its still better than traditional mopping. We have two cats that make hair a constant problem. Running this every other day makes the hair go away. It works better on tile than carpet but still not bad on carpet

I have a long haired shepherd and long haired cat. I have hardwood floors with area rugs. This shark...I named Meg is exactly what I needed. Comes with solid instructions for set up. It scoops up mounds of hair from the animals. It goes over thick area rugs perfectly. I have had for 3 days and so far...I wonder what I did without it.

This is my second room/house robot, so I have had a chance to see cheep verses middle expensive (Sharp). The Sharp with all its big time advertising isnt quite up to the TV boasting. First the negative, The software is sub-par as it doesnt provide any minute by minute up-date showing the current progress, as a result I have no idea how far along it is, in the current cleaning cycle. It need to show the line by line cleaning progress of where it is. Also it doesnt recognize carpet, it should speed up its cleaning suction speed when it is on carpet as my cheaper unit did. When I ask for its cleaning history (phone app), to see what its done, it wont show anything until the entire job is complete. As a result, I have to leave pet bedding and other items up off the floor all day long (which is a pain in the ). The good stuff is it has two cleaning front brush arms, a partial rubber center cleaning brush (less hair tangles but still some) and no bags to dump a big plus. Also my cheap unit always told me what it was doing (in a voice notice? the sharp just beeps when it completing a task, I have to guess what its up to..

I bought this to replace my original shark robot. It is a good way to keep your home lightly cleaned. The drawback is that if you have a large room, you need to stop and clean or replace the mop pad. Good thing they send two.

The app isn’t as nice as the roomba app, you can’t schedule cleaning multiple times a day. Or use it in other levels of a home. Hopefully Shark will improve the app soon. But other than that this beats my roomba in every other way. Quieter, more efficient, better mapping, less bumping and scuffing. It never gets lost, stuck or quits at a cliff. The whiskers spin slower so they don’t fling things around. The rollers don’t fill with dog hair and need cleaned every week and I have yet to come home and find it uncharged, hidden under a sofa and not on the dock. I did not think I’d like the auto empty feature but I do, very much. And I like that it’ll empty midway thru cleaning and go back to work. So much less dust when I don’t have to empty the tiny bin daily. I just wish these things cleaned pet hair just a little bit better and it’d almost replace my upright or stick vac….but that’s just not the case. But it helps.

26 minutes, mapped the whole house. No errors. Doesnt bump into thing, which previous version did until it broke three bumpers. This one is louder. But does a great job. Working with Alexa is not great I give it a room to clean, then it clear the whole house. The app works perfect They should put a small piezoelectric spk that runs on a button battery for locating the unit when the main battery dies.

Having a boxer puppy this vacuum changed the game forever. This thing gets under most of the furniture and beds. It’s a refreshing feeling to walk around your apt with the floors being crispy clean.

Great for hard floors, kinda iffy on our low pile rug. We bought it to reduce the sweeping and vacuuming needed on our hard floors so its performing as we need it to. We have a 5yr old boy and a dalmatian so dirt and dog hair are forever on our floors. The tank says it can hold 45-60 days of debris but we can only get 7 days out of it. I guess that shows how much its really working. As per other reviews, it does get a lot of scratches. I even put felt furniture bumpers on it to prevent the majority of them but its still somehow managing to look like its 2 years old after a month of use. All in all it does what I need it to and I would recommend it to a friend or family member based on its current performance.
