> 24 hourI upgraded from my iRobot about a week ago. There wasnt really anything wrong, per se, with that device, but I wasnt happy with its cleaning. I got a puppy about 3 months ago, and the iRobot just didnt do a good job of sucking up the hair. Well, after a week of using the Shark AI robot vacuum, I am impressed. Daily!! It was super easy to set up. And the mapping function is amazing. Initially I was going to run it every other day, but seeing how much it picks up daily, I will be using it Monday-Friday!! The dust bin is supposed to be a 60 day capacity, but, with how much it does pick up, I have to empty it every other day!! The noise factor. Its much quieter than a standard vacuum!! The loudest part is when it empties the cup into the dust bin which only lasts for about 10-15 seconds. I love that I could set it to clean and empty every 30 minutes and resume where it left off. I also love that I could set it to recharge and resume when the battery is low. Which brings me to the battery. I get about 1hr of cleaning on a full charge. But, I do have it set to max cleaning, which will use more battery. But, since it will recharge and resume, I do not have to think about a thing!! The spot clean is great for those quick messes!! Using the map it created, I can send Sharkira (the name I chose for it) to that spot, she cleans and goes right back to the dock. I was able to set high traffic zones to send Sharkira to those areas to do Ultra cleaning if needed!! It also provides the option to do specific rooms if needed. All in all, this is a 5 star unit!!! Next upgrade, I will be adding the unit that also does mopping!! Hope this review helps your decision to purchase this Shark AI robot vacuum!!

> 24 hourSo far Im loving this. It does a much better job than I expected it to. Its mapped the house and just goes about its business. It does take awhile, but worth it.

> 24 hourVacuum works well. Cleans as well if not better than any manual vacuum we have owned. Still a challenge to handle all the pet hair but this is not a surprise given all the fur my dog puts out. Mop feature works well with good cleaner.

> 24 hourThe robot vacuum works well enough however I am underwhelmed with its ability to maneuver obstacles and it sees intake vents on the floor as cliffs and gets stuck (I had to make no-go zone around the vent). It also gets stuck on the objects on the floor that it should maneuver around. We like to schedule it to run at night but most nights it cant complete its run and we have a very obstacle free house. But the app is beyond bad. The history randomly wont show the map so I dont know where it has cleaned, you can only schedule once a day, and the notifications really dont tell me much (they seriously say the word cliff). This is my first experience with robot cleaners so maybe my expectation is too high but I am underwhelmed at best! But I am tempted to return it and see if the iRobot is just a better product.

> 24 hourI have owned and still own the IRobot. Shark knocks the IRobot to the curb! I will only own Shark auto cleaner from now on. I now have three and the IRobot is in the attic for a yard sale.

> 24 hourOverall: For fur-shedding pet owners - This is a great option to keep the day-to-day fur buildup under control, but does not substitute for deep cleaning, and does require removing excess fur buildup on the brushes and rollers every 3-5 days. Let me set the stage: We have two long-haired golden retrievers and they shed a massive amount of fur. We have a mix of hardwood and carpets and if we dont vacuum for a few days we start getting fur-tumbleweeds. We thought we would give this Shark Robot vacuum a try and overall I am very pleased with it. The AI technology is very impressive. It mapped out our 2,200 sq ft single story home in about 25 minutes and didnt even need to run around all of the edges in the space to map out details like island counters, couches, table legs, etc. Since then it has run once per day and we have noticed a significant shift in the amount of fur we are seeing on the floors. It takes about 90 minutes to run through the approved 1,200 sq ft vacuum space in the house. It transitions from hardwood to carpet and over doorways without issue. Im shocked at how it can navigate under side tables and couches that have as little as 1/4 clearance on top/sides! It has ventured into rooms when doors are left open that it wasnt mapped to go into on occasion, which is my only knock on it. As expected, I have to flip it over and cut the dog fur thats wrapped around the brushes out every 3-5 days. If we didnt have pets with long fur I cant imagine Id ever have to do this and have had to clean fur from brushes on even the most expensive or regular vacuums. This so far (after 1 month) has been well worth the investment!

> 24 hourIt mapped my house within 2 or 3 runs. It starts up at its scheduled time and runs until depleted, charges, and then goes back out until the entire floor is done. I have 2 Huskies and this has been a lifesaver. Now, I only have to worry about the occasional corner or hard to get to areas and the couch. The only things that have stopped it so far were an errant sock and my shirt stays. I keep the floor mostly clear, but it just goes around most things when they are left around. (provided they are big enough for the sensors to detect them.) For reference, this is my 4th robot vacuum, the 3rd generation of Shark, the 2nd with self-emptying, and the 1st one Im happy with.

> 24 hourI used to get irritated when my kids would come out to my office and get dirt and grass all over my floor. The Robo-Shark has brought peace back into my heart like only a shark can. haha I would buy again. Just an FYI, it is a maintenance cleaner. Youll still have to vacuum the corners and edges of the room manually. Overall though its a great lil vacuum.
