> 3 dayIt vacuumed well and keeps the pet hair off the floor and empties itself which is awesome, but it does not care about the schedule I set on the app, it will cut on in the middle of the night. It also does not seem to care about the nogo zone I set, it’s goes into the no clean zone everyday. Also if I tell it to return to dock from the app, it doesn’t and just finishes vacuuming

Greater than one weekProbably should have bought a brand new one. It was amazing when it worked. But buying refurbished is always a risk.

> 3 dayWorks fantastic on our hardwood floors and carpeted rooms. I dont think Ive had to bust out my old vacuum since getting one of these for the upstairs and one for the downstairs. We have 3 cats that would track around kitty litter and shed everywhere. This vacuum does a fantastic job of keeping our floors clean and comfortable to walk around barefoot on. (I did buy the no tangle rollers since cat hair/human hair was building up on the roller and getting wrapped around it eventually stopping the roller from turning and needing manual intervention. I havent had the no tangle rollers for long so well see if theyre any better than the stock ones) Only complaint is the mapping doesnt work the best. The robot will ignore the no go zones and you have to wipe the map and start over to try to get them to apply. Mapping software could use some work. Also youll want to run these during the day/in a well lit room. Ive tried running them late at night or early in the morning and due to the lack of light they get lost and cant find the docking station. Verdict: Despite the buggy mapping software for no go zones and low light issues I love the fact I no longer have to vaccum!

> 3 dayI previously had less expensive robot vacuum of another brand and it worked well for about a year until the pets killed it out of curiosity. I went about 6 months without it but definitely missed it with 2 dogs and 2 cats inside. I had major rotator cuff surgery some months back and vacuuming still irritates my shoulder so I went to looking for another robot vacuum to help. I settled on this one and love it! I run it at least once a day throughout the house common areas about half standard carpet and half LVP flooring. My house is large so it runs quite a bit. The battery charge can all the areas in one charge and I have it set to automatically return to station to empty when it gets full then it return vacuuming. It picks up pretty well and makes it much easier to keep carpets clean. I still vacuum weekly with my corded shark upright because cordless vacuums don’t have the power corded do but sure make life easier. This little guy picks up everything from flour to cat food, it’s low profile enables it to reach under cabinets and into corners and it’s pretty good at emptying its canister but sometimes will let you know it needs help and you have to manually emptying out the canister but overall it works great !

> 3 dayLOVE this vacuum! We have 4 dogs and LOTS of hair! We have tried three different Roombas and none of them even came close to the job this Shark does; my floors haven’t been this clean in forever! I will watch for the next sale and buy another!

27-03-2025Im not much for writing reviews, but this one deserves it. Ive never had an autonomous vacuum cleaner so my review is solely based on a first time users experience. The vacuum integrated perfectly with my Google Home, although it does not seem to like cleaning rooms with custom names by voice. For example, if I say Hey Google, clean the cat room it doesnt seem to understand. But when I rename the room to one of its canned names then it does just fine. Hey Google, clean the laundry room was what I had to use. It mapped the house perfectly on its first run. I have a 2,000sqf 1 story house with multiple rooms. It took the better part of a whole day for the vacuum to map the whole house, but now I can send it to any specific room and it will drive right to it and clean it. After about 4 cleanings, we no longer have cat/dog hair buried in the carpet in our main bedroom. Now you would never know we have any animals at all by looking at our floors because this sucker cleans everything (we run it every other day through the whole house). As for the auto-emptying feature... It works flawlessly. The only issue is that it will not last anywhere close to 30 days unless you already keep your floors clean another way and dont have animals. With 2 people and 2 animals, we have to empty the vacuum base every 2-3 days but this is still way easier then having to keep up with emptying the vacuum itself. It takes all of about 30 seconds to empty the base and it never impedes with the vacuums ability to do its job. Overall, this vacuum has saved us so much time by eliminating our need to vacuum/sweep every day! Definitely a 5 star rating from us with a glowing recommendation. We bought it on cyber Monday so it was a great deal, but it would still be worth the full sticker price in my opinion.

> 3 dayI looked at pros and cons of many robo vacuums before deciding on this one. It cleans quite well—I’m surprised at how much it picks up! I could not go 30 days without emptying, but we do have the two shedding dogs and a fair amount of sand. My dogs have short hair. I can see how longer hair might be a problem. Even short hair can clog a bit if you don’t regularly open things up to clean out. I run mine once a day, empty every day, and have learned that I need to clean the filter and clean the inside about once a week. If you don’t have pets and live in a sandy area, you can get by with a lot less. The filter works really well—do clean it more often than recommended. My only real complaint is that the battery seems to need more charging than I’d hoped. I have had trouble getting connected to wi-fi, but I haven’t called in for help yet—that seems to be a common issue. I will look forward to setting times and doing spot cleaning once I can use the app. All told, I’m very happy with the purchase so far.

> 3 dayI’m on I’ve owned another Robo vacuum before and it was not a smart mapping one,. The bumping into everything randomly was not a very good message, so I ended up returning it. Furthermore, it required me to empty it each time it runs. In the end, it really wasn’t all that convenient. I ended up looking for something that not only didn’t have Mark nothing but that it could empty itself after shopping around for a good value. My research told me to buy this one. This shark does everything, and it requires almost no attention from the user I could almost say that it’s actually a deep cleaning , I cannot believe how much dust catchers each time it does a cleaning. I have mostly carpet and when I walk barefoot on my carpet, I can feel the supple cleanliness of the clean carpet. It’s a luxurious ceilings. I am extremely extremely happy with this purchase excellent excellent value I highly recommend this product.

> 3 dayIts a good vacuum but for what its being sold for dont buy it. There are far better robots out there. If you want to stay with Shark go with one of their LiDAR robots. They track a lot better. Pros: Self empty dock works great. No-go zones. Great suction and good pickup. Easy to maintain. Good edge tracking. Cons: Doesnt work in the dark due to being a camera system. Doesnt clean corners well. Tracking is okay at best, doesnt know where it is sometimes. App is okay, used to be worse.
