Trigger Start Torch

This thing is amazing. I bought the torch to use with my Sous Vide machine in order to sear meat after cooking it to give it the proper texture and look. It works great for this purpose. I have also recently used it a couple of times for Creme Brulee and it does a superb job at caramelizing the sugar. Do yourself a favor and get MAPP gas if youre going to be using this for cooking, it burns a bit hotter, and in my opinion leaves less of a gas taste on the food. I havent tried using it for anything besides cooking yet, but I imagine it would work just as well for other projects.

This torch is built superior to all. I was using a fellow campers torch (only because I forgot mine) and I was surprised by the lack of quality theirs had compared to mine. This is built very well, mostly out of metal except for the yellow button. Most are made of plastic, but not this one! This torch also gets much hotter (you can tell just by looking at the flame). My recommendation, spend the extra money to get this specific one!

Ive only had Bernzomatic TS8000BT torch head for a few weeks but it works great so far. Easiest lighting torch head Ive every had.

I thought everything was cheaper on Amazon, I almost ordered this but decided to check Home Depo and Lowes first. Glad I did I went to Lowes and bought the same Bernzomatic TS8000 with a Mapp gas bottle included for under $50

I like the torch very durable good flame and easy to handle
