> 24 hourNot bad. The usb end had to be squeezed a little because it kept falling out but once I did that it worked great in the wizard mode. I am still having problems in the advanced mode. I found other software online that works very well if the video is saved to the computer in advanced more and then edited in the other software where I am able to put nicer introductions and some fading in and out. As far as the equipment is concerned, not bad but I would suggest better software like Wondershare video editor for editing the videos after converting them.

> 24 hourWorks Great. The only problem I had is I had to download the software. The software cd that came with is had a large scratch. Would not load the setup file due to the large scratch. I didnt care about the CD. Im just happy that I have this for my home videos.

> 24 hourAlthough it shows and input for DVD Player, in dubbing DVDs there is dropout of the sound occasionally. I talked to their tech and he told me it has problems dubbing digital media. Otherwise AOK.

> 24 hourI love this thing. It does exactly what I needed it to, and its very easy to use. Just make sure that you have all of the necessary cables for connecting it to your devices. What you need may not be included in this purchase, depending on how you plan to use it, so thats something to keep in mind.

> 24 hourI do like it. The video quality is not as good as expected. But that could be my DVD burner. I would recommend it to any one that has great old stuff that they would like to hear and see again digitally.

> 24 hourI didnt do my research to make sure this product was compatible with what I had. So, I believe that the product is a 5, but what is truly a 5 is the service. It truly was one of the easiest and flawless returns Ive ever done. No one really wants to return items, but if you must, making it this easy makes it so much better. Thank you.

> 24 hourWhile it functions, this is impressive software with several clever features that make converting old VHS or 8mm tapes to DVD format. But users should be patient, as the program will lock up without warning during the capture phase and youll have to close it out with task manager and start over again. The phone-access customer support staff were friendly and offered suggestions to fix the glitch, but to no avail. Now out $60, Ill be looking for other software options as I dont have time to attempt capturing videos 2 or 3 times.

> 24 hourGreat VHS ripping, great editing options, great dvd burning tools. Reviews that reflect poor quality reflect the quality and condition that the VHS tapes and VHS players are in. I tried three VHS players from Goodwill stores and the third one played the best. TIP: shop Goodwill and look for DVD/VHS combo players. These are the most recently produced VHS players and worked the best for me.

> 24 hourWell made and was simple to connect to computer and VCR. Operations were tricky and I believe if the company had video instructions on their website would help the consumer to use their product to its fullest. I will have to say, I believe I have actually managed to rescue two priceless family VHS videos by converting them to DVD. Fortunately a friend had a VCR I was able to borrow to make this transfer. Honestech VHS to DVD was worth the cost. The final transfer to DVD played right away on my DVD player. Unfortunately I wasnt able to use their Editing option as it either didnt work or I just couldnt figure it out. The Easy Wizard Mode is very basic so I stuck with that.

> 24 hourThis is NOT windows 10 compatible, it lags and has issues when installed in Windows 10. It worked okay with WINDOWS 7 & 8 . The only issue I have had thus far is sometimes it lags a little, seems to skip a bit here and there and I am use to one that never did that. I have tried it in several different settings and still does the same thing. Its nice to have but not the best.
