When I first tried to boot up the extender, it would not connect to my router, so I called the toll-free number. There, a very courteous and capable customer representative helped me get the extender working. As it turned out, the extender would not connect to the router because I had turned off broadcasting the RFID as an extra security measure.Once I turned on broadcast, the extender connected immediately. I need it only once a week, so I disconnect the power during the rest of the week. So far, once I restore the power, the extender connects up in a few seconds.I am very, very happy with this extender and I am especially pleased with their customer support.

pretty easy setup with my tablet browser. Very best range. I can even connect to my network from the backyard which is on the opposite side of the house from my router. Its a definite buy. Love this product! Had a dead spot in my room, got this product and it works awesome. Set up is pretty easy, steps are explained in the book awesome. Love it!

Very easy setup, even despite my router not having the WPS button. Its been running smoothly ever since and we now happily have wifi out on our backyard patio (device located safely indoors of course).

Habe am Sonntag bestellt und es war Dienstag schon in meinem Briefkasten bzw bei meinem nachbarn. Das LAN Kabel kam wie beschrieben und läuft tadellos. Ich glaube das mein Inet jetzt sogar etwas schneller ist. Also super Service und echt klasse das es so schnell kam.

Love this thing. We had great wifi signal in one half the house, but next to nothing in the rest. Bought this hoping that it might help a little. We now have wifi through out the house! So happy to be able to watch Netflix again in our room... Its not that hard to set up either. Pairing it with our router only took a little bit and then we were all set. And if you are not getting the best signal in the spot you have it, you can unplug it and move it with out having to set it up again... Saves everything unless you hit the reset button. Another big plus, this thing does not break the bank. Didnt cost very much and it sure helps a bunch. Would definitely buy it again if it breaks for some reason

Wir suchten ein Kabel, womit wir unseren Fernseher mit dem I-Net Verbinden konnten, denn das WLan-Signal war nicht das Beste an dieser Stelle - mind. 10m sollte es lang sein und natürlich nicht allzu teuer sein, also entschieden wir uns für dieses Lan-Kabel von BigTec!

Hervorragende Stabilität und Datendurchsatz - dazu witzige Optik. Hält exakt das was es verspricht. Kann ich nur jedem wärmstens empfehlen.

Das BiGtec 10 m Kabel CAT 5e macht einen sehr stabilen eindruck ,und lässt sich leicht vom Router und in meinem fall mit dem Tv Gerät verbinden.Es funktioniert einwandfrei zu einem sehr guten Preis.

Works as it should. I did have a bit of a challenge with the setup. I followed the instructions and it didnt work. I used my limited self-taught computer skills to make it connect. Works perfectly to extend range of my Wi-Fi to a corner of the house not otherwise reached. pretty easy to set up. About 2 months use so far.

Works exactly as promised. Only too a couple of minutes to set up. I relocated it to where we were having strength issues in my home and it works perfectly. Very pleased with it. Buy it and try it. Totally happy, thank you very much.
