Acer Chromebook R 11 Convertible, 11.6-Inch HD Touch, Intel Celeron N3150, 4GB DDR3L, 32GB, CB5-132T-C1LK, Denim White

First time owning a Chromebook. For the price and given use case of only having a browser, this meets the needs of my family. The battery is great, and touchscreen is responsive. Now Google needs to build in printing to network printers. My printer is older so not supported by Google Cloud Print, so its a hassle every time I need to print. I need to turn on the Windows laptop, reshare the printer, then setup Google Cloud Print each time. Please add this as a built in feature Google.

Had to return it, chromebook kept freezing after numerous factory reset and calling Amazon tech support. Wish it would have worked out.

This device cannot install Google Play apps, even after updating. The Amazon description said use all the Google Play apps you know and love. I bought this device to use Google Play apps.

Liked the first Acer R11 that I got one for wifey too. Very fast and plenty of ram and storage. Also added 64 gig sd cards, but are not necessary. Love the versatility. This thing rocks!

Literally had this laptop for 48 hours and it is the best purchase decision i have made. I went from an hp laptop to this and i couldnt be happier! definately worth the price. Its perfect as my grab and go laptop.

Microphone isnt very sensitive at all and while the build quality is OK, the track pad feels cheap and crummy and requires you to press down pretty far to get it to click. That being said, its super sensitive to touch clicking (where you click on something without pressing down and clicking on the track pad). I will be scrolling down a screen and half-way down something will open up that I inadvertently clicked on without clicking- its that sensitive. The keyboard feels fine to type on overall, but lacks the substantive feel and of a more high-quality keyboard. The tablet functionality works very well yet Chrome OS is still in its infancy for tablet performance. That is, buttons dont change size or anything to make clicking on them any easier with your fingers as opposed to a mouse.

THIS THING HAS RUINED 3 SMART TVs. I had a Toshiba smart tv went blank 1 month after connecting to this chromebook. Bought a Samsung smart TV. Started going blank after a week. I figured it was a coincidence and returned it. Now it is doing the same thing with an LG tv. Three times its a pattern. Ive tried multiple outlets and hdmi cables with same results. Horrible product. Also thought it was made out of aluminum. Only the back panel to the screen is.

Touch pad did not work well. I couldn’t get cursor to go where I wanted. Reordered one with touchscreen and now I am very happy.
