> 3 dayACER needs to send out a recall-and-replace for this model. Like so many, many others, my battery is defunct: I cant charge it, no matter how many hours its plugged in. Its still under warranty - - but they dont provide packaging or shipping to their repair facility, they say itll take a couple of weeks and that theyll restore it to factory specs (read: lose all my work and apps).

> 3 dayThis thing is great. I got this purely to browse internet and screen share into my computers while Im away from my office. I use it mostly like a laptop but find myself using it as a tablet more and more. Its nice to be able to quickly sketch something up in photoshop or illustrator and kick it over to your pro comp to finish.

Greater than one weekThis Chromebook is great! Super lightweight and gets the job done. A little confusing to set up at first and the year of office we were promised did not come with it.

> 3 dayI purchased this for my daughter. She loves it but.... YOU CANNOT DOWNLOAD ITUNES! My daughter is away at college and everytime she comes home she has to jump on my Mac to back up her phone as its better to have a physical back up as well as a cloud back up.

> 3 dayCHROMEBOOK IS THE WORST THING TO EVER EXIST!! It does NOT function like a true laptop. You canNOT do everything you do on your regular PC. The thing doesnt even support Adobe FlashPlayer!! The only word processing system is Google Docs, and, apparently, it does NOT support the MS Office Suite. I regret the money I wasted on this little piece of garbage instead of buying a REAL PC. Cant wait to get rid of this thing. Acer is fine, but Chromebook in its entirety is not suitable for real life application. Ill be giving this thing to my daughters to use as a toy. Its basically just a phone with a physical keyboard.
