> 3 dayI have to say, I was somewhat hesitant purchasing this chromebook mainly because of some of the reviews. Due to the excellent return policy on Prime I decided to purchase this. Yes, I threw the dice! 1st, I was shocked at how easy it was to set up. Maybe 2-5 minutes to log into to my gmail account and bang! Had access to my files stored in the cloud. In preparation for becoming a chromebook user I had purchased a 256 gig memory card and moved all my laptop files to it. It worked great. I now have my files backed up to the card and the cloud.

> 3 dayI have had this item for about 6 months now. It is lightweight, boots quickly, and in general works acceptably as a web browser. It has a long battery life (that is, time between needing to be recharged) compared to older laptops. It is relatively inexpensive compared to other laptops. The touch screen feature is nice. Drawbacks are that the machine locks up often when playing videos from the web and has a limited set of applications. I am a computer hobbyist, so I also enabled developer mode and loaded linux on the machine. As a linux machine, the computer is quite a bit slower than you would get by purchasing a 5 year old Dell, wiping the disk and loading linux on it.

> 3 dayFast, Portable, Multi Purpose. I was debating buying a different Chromebook, but Im glad I bought this one. It looks awesome, runs perfect, and did everything I needed it to do. I also installed Linux on the side of Chrome OS, which was crazy easy.

> 3 dayWhen the chromebooks first came out, I got a cheap one for about 100. It sucked and I sold it to a friend. I stayed away for years before I made this purchase. I love it. Battery last forever. It is light. Fits in the pocket in my padfolio. It does everything I need it to and more. One of the best purchases I have made. Use it for both school and work. Charge it at night and it lasts me through the day.

> 3 dayThe big decision was buy a chromebook or Windows computer. After reading alot of reviews, decided to go with a chromebook, as a Win OS has problems. Well satisfied with this Acer. The keypad is solid and touchpad is good. The 11 inch screen provides a good image size. The touchscreen is sensitive so one needs to be careful how you touch the screen. It is fun to use for checking email and surfing the web from your easy chair without the weight and bulkyness of a laptop. Or having to set at your desk using a pc. Would reccommend this to anyone and am thinking of replacing my Verizon tablet with another chromebook.
