Based on my experience, this product is outstanding. OUTSTANDING. I dont just mean for the price, though that is a HUGE wow factor. It exceeded my expectations in every aspect as a computing machine. I use this product every single day for a large amount of the day and I have been impressed with how reliable it is and how intelligently it was designed. This is USER friendly, without a doubt. Personally, that is great because the nature of what I do for a living exposes me to computer illiterate clients and colleagues and this is a great device for them to learn on without getting frustrated. Learning to use a new piece of technology can be discouraging to some and cause them to abandon the endeavor entirely, right?

Bought the Acer R11 April 1st 2018, it has been great for web browsing and watching videos. I even use it to keep myself organized with its Calendar App. I already own a desktop so I was not looking for something to replace those tasks. However sometimes I want to shop on Amazon, watch YouTube, and work on online classes away from my desk. I use it daily and have had no major issues with this Chromebook. The only thing I noticed was my backspace key has more play than other keys, however, it works just fine and discourages me from making mistakes!

I dont use this but my wife does and she loves it. We no longer fight over the iPad. Peace and calm has come to our house.

I received it a few weeks ago & I have loved it, it works perfectly for exactly what I got it for which is note taking & research for school

Indeed it met all of our expectations. My granddaughter is thrilled with it and uses it for class and homework every day. It is easy to use and quite educational for her.

I bought it May 2019 and it stopped working Oct 2020. It wont boot up at all and wont charge. The laptop didnt get much use and was only used at a desk in the house so it wasnt an issue of it not being handled with care. If you dont mind getting less than a year and a half of use out of it then go ahead and get you one. After the 1 year warranty, they want $170 to troubleshoot it. Next time Ill spend a little bit more on a better brand.

Very disappointed, I purchased the Acer Covertible after my Acer C720 screen cracked. I have been a Acer user for many years, the problem with this one is the battery only charges up to 91% though the one day it did go up to 92% giving me only about 6 hrs of use. Playing games online is hit and miss, had to wait a whole day to play a game on Facebook because it kept on crashing. I will be returning this and getting someone other chromebook thats not Acer.

I got this on a lark to see what it can do (I own a Macbook Pro and iPad Pro). So Far, I am pretty impressed. Battery life is great, the keyboard is pretty good, the touchpad works well. I have only tried the tablet part for a little while, but it seems to work well.
