> 3 dayProgram just would not sync audio to video. Support was great, they even sent me different software and made many suggestions, but nothing seemed to work. After several attempts I got frustrated and sent it back. Purchased Roxio, and it works well.

> 3 dayI must admit I really hesitated about getting this product, but I didn’t want to send old, treasured VHS tapes of home movies off to get them converted to DVDs. So I convinced myself to try it and - gotta say - it could not have gone smoother! I followed the instructions to the letter and at the end of the day, I have a DVD of each tape!

> 3 dayThe captured video is only as good as your VHS player. Hook up with S-video if you can. My oldest home videos look not so great, but they are almost 40 years old. The ones less then 10 years old turned out great.

> 3 dayYeah its a nightmare. They dont have a digital download for the software needed to capture the VHS. When running the disk on a disk drive computer it does NOT install successfully. Id like a refund.

Greater than one weekThis company’s customer service and technical support is absolutely the best! I would give them a 10 star rating if it was an option! Product is easy to use and they will assist you with any issues you may have. Our family’s videos are such precious memories and to have them on DVD is priceless. I am so very happy I selected this company’s product and HIGHLY Recommend them to everyone looking to transfer your videos to DVD.

> 3 dayI rarely give 5 star reviews, as Im a firm believer in theres always room for improvement. That being said, once you get the application loaded up and launched - its a straight forward user experience. Where this product excels is in Customer/Tech Support. My laptop doesnt have a CD drive. I wrote to Tech support asking for a ZIP file with the .exe file. To be honest, I didnt think Id hear back for at least a day. In less than an hour I received a response from Tyler, Lead Tech Support, looking for proof of purchase. And once provided that info, I had the file. I did encounter a technical issue after successfully installing file. I wont go into detail as thats not important. What is important is this, Tyler exchanged emails with me for about an hour or so until the issue was resolved. Its been a long, long time since Ive encountered an organization with such dedicated and well educated customer/tech support.

> 3 dayIt was easy to set up and use, the only thing was on the vhs tapes I transfered there was a lag time between the voices and mouth movements, but it may have been the tapes at fault because they were so old.

22-04-2025The VHS2DVD Wizard has worked fine for me. Theres been a few glitches. I tried to use the option of going from VHS straight to DVD and that didnt work, but I wasnt using a newer, faster computer. It went through the whole tape and didnt tell me. I wasted time and a DVD. It took a few attempts to get it to load and work correctly, but I was able to load and get it working the second time. The video quality is slightly less, or it could be from old VHS tapes. On fast movements in the videos, for a split second, I see lines at the location of the movement. It will pull copyrighted materials and make them digital. I am backing up old production movies that will go bad over time on VHS, so that grandkids can watch the animated films.

> 3 dayOver the past few years, Ive been putting our old home VHS movies on DVDs and giving them as gifts to relatives at Christmas. The first year I did it, I paid someone to transfer it over....and it cost me $20/movie. In an effort to save money, I researched and settled on ClearClick. It works well, but it does take a long time to transfer over video. Even though its not the fastest, were happy with how it works and love being able to convert tapes to DVDs on our own.
