> 3 daycopied all vhs videos from my camera to my laptop. Have windows 10. Very easy to use. Make sure you plug everything in and turn on the camera/vcr before you launch the software. Then i just set the video setting in the software to AV to USB 2.0 and the sound to AV to USB 2.0 and that was it. Video and audio recorded great to my laptop. I had about 12 one hour videos and i recorded 2 videos back to back per day.

> 3 dayI use to use a VCR hooked up to an old camera which in turn connected to my computer. Got a new computer and port that the camera used is now obsolete. I needed a way to convert a few remaining VCR tapes to digital. This has worked great. Didnt want to spend a lot or have a complicated setup.

> 3 dayObviously one must play the entire vhs tape to record. That works okay. The issue is the edit feature. One must select portions to “cut” from the recording, but only one at a time. And, before selecting that portion, you have to play the video to get the slider to become visible. Just thought it required must longer to get the job done.

> 3 dayI used this product to transfer 24 VHS family tapes to DVD. The hardware and software worked really well and I found the editing functionality to be very effective and easy to use. The quality of my DVDs seems to match the quality of my tape recordings; good sound and visuals. I did find that it worked best if I kept my file downloads to something less than 60 minutes as I ran into some editing issues when I exceeded 60 minutes (could be a limitation of my system and not this product). It also seemed to work best for me if I edited from the beginning of the file and worked to the end. I would definately buy this product again and will recommend it to others.

> 3 dayWorks as advertised to convert your old VHS tapes (you need a VHS player) to digital format. The problem is, the resolution cant be any better than the original used to record the material. By todays standards, HQ VHS sucks. Id still use it to save family recordings but Ive thrown away my James Bond movies stored on tape.

> 3 dayThe process to get set up is easy, but there are too many issues with recording. The colors have issue and come out almost grayscale, even though I can connect the same camcorder to a TV and get full color. If I record longer than 30 minutes, the audio tends to get weird. The audio will either slow down dramatically, or it is a delay of about 2 seconds between the audio and the video. Every now and then I can record for an hour without any issue. If I find another product that works better, I might update this review so others can know.

> 3 dayThe customer service was great. Unfortunately device didnt work for me. A black screen would flash at different times while capturing. Video would also skip and the audio would fall out of sync for the rest of the capture. It was really easy to use and install. Too bad It didnt work as I hoped.
