When it comes to launching games, web pages, controlling volume, even my goovee lights, this thing is a dream. A bit tricky to figure out the programming at first but got it in no time. > 3 dayI run a YouTube channel, so I got this thing for a bunch of uses. I want to use it in the future for Livestreams and that sort of thing to control OBS or other screencasting software. But in the short term Ive been using it for managing options for my Microsoft Teams meetings for work. I find that its a super convenient way to mute / un-mute, turn on video, etc... All you need to do is bind the keys to shortcuts that exist for those functions within Microsoft Teams. You can also use it with AutoHotKey and other of those types of software solutions. Pretty slick! Overall I like this, I just wish it was more robust from a build perspective. I mean generally its fine, but it is a bit plastic feeling. If the black case and stand were made from aluminum or some sort of metal that would be much better in my opinion - although that doesnt take away from the functionality. I wish the USB cord was just a bit longer though - I would imagine most would have this on the right side of their mouse/keyboard combo on a desk. With that setup its a bit too far from my PC. So I had to use a USB extension cable. Just something to think about if you are buying this - you may want to grab a cheap extension cable as well. Also - the plastic key tops get fingerprints on them, which are easy enough to clean off with a microfiber cloth. Maybe they could have made them more frosted than glossy or something or even a different plastic material that didnt get so smeared up from finger oils. In any event, even with those few flaws I think this is a solid device that Im looking forward to using and customizing via software in the future. Great device!

> 3 dayLet me first stat to say that I did not purchase Stream Deck for gaming purposes. I purchased this thing for my office. I use so many different programs at my work that I needed something where I could program all the shortcuts in to it, in order to save me time. Stream Deck is absolutely amazing!!!! This device is saving me a ton of time. I couldnt be happier. I was so pleased with it, that I purchased a second one for my home office. Here is my quick review: Pros: Price - are you kidding me, I would expect to pay twice as much for a device that I could program shortcuts in to for every software I use: like Acrobat... This time saving Gem is absolutely amazing. And the price is perfect. Quality - it is very well built. You feel the quality and time that went in to this device. Cons: One huge problem at first, which, by the way, nearly made me send this thing back, was lack of any real instructions. in fact, my second Stream Deck came with no paperwork at all. This device is not easy to program... No, it is easy to program, once you figure out how to program. But until that time it is useless. I had to watch several YouTube videos on programming this device. Overall, once you get over this hurdle of programming this little marvel, you will find it extremely useful for everyday work and even for play. I highly recommend it.

> 3 dayThe sticker price might hurt, you will find it being used constantly regardless if your a Streamer, Gamer, Artist, You name it. Dont let the number of buttons (to many or to less) scare ya. Highly configurable and has so many uses. While it lacks some of the higher functions of Touch Portal, It gets the job done!

Greater than one weekUsing the folders option you can optimize the use of this thing even if you arent a streamer. You can load this thing up with options such as game launchers or use it to control your discord chat; or even use it to launch favorite web pages.

Greater than one weekLike many others whove purchased this before me, I think this is the best thing for streamers since the capture card. It has so many functions and things that it can do, it blew me away. I wont get into the technical details, because there are plenty of other reviews that can explain it far better and youve probably read them by now. I like everything about this device so the easy review is to list a few things that could be better: - The buttons are very vulnerable to glare, even at 100% brightness. - For the little ramp/tray that holds the deck up at an angle, needs some rubber feet so it doesnt slide on a smooth desk. - Longer cord. The 3-4 foot cord isnt awful, but for those of us with a large desk, youll have to use a USB port. BIG THING HERE!!!! There are many reviews on Reddit and Amazon that say you cannot use this on a USB port. THAT IS NOT TRUE! The device is USB 2.0 and requires more power than a USB 2,0 port allows. How do you fix this? BUY A USB 3.0 PORT! Look at the one in my picture, had it for two years and the stream deck plugged in an functioned with ZERO issues. So dont listen to the naysayers who are ignorant, buy a USB 3.0 port that HAS EXTERNAL POWER feeding it, and youll not need to worry about the short cord.
