> 3 dayGave it 4 stars because the mounting bracket is very thin and flimsy, will probably have to build a more solid bracket in the future.

Greater than one weekEasy install on 95’ ram 2500 I already had 4 pin flat connector installed. So mounted the bracket to the receiver hitch and plugged it into my stock 4 pin and now I have both 7 pin and 4 pin flat. And they both have dust caps which is helpful for maintaining clean connectors

> 3 dayIt great looks good and the plug seems to be hermetically sealed on the backside to prevent any moisture or water to get into the plug great product. the only thing that IO didnt like was the bracket that it comes with. Seamed flimsy to me and I didnt have any good place to mount it. So I just=cut a hole in my bumper and mounted the plug Looks great and mounted solid..

> 3 dayWorked great for over a year until the round cover broke off. There arent a lot of choices with the 7 and 4 prong plug ins. I bought it again. Will be very careful. I have a different brand one on my pickup. Its 25 years old. Hasnt broken. They dont make things to last anymore.

Greater than one weekPretty good quality! It is great for the typical install, where you tow every-so-often... For professional use (plugging and unplugging daily) it would work okay for a decent amount of time but I worry that eventually the 4 screws holding the socket to the metal bracket would begin loosening, the plastic the socket is molded from is good not great. I like the layout of the receptacles. The metal bracket could stand to be a tad thicker, but it is good enough. The wires are generously sized, and I like the look of it on the vehicle. Would definitely recommend.

> 3 dayI used this to add a 7 way RV to style plug on my tractor, replacing the factory option 7 pin Ag plug. I like that the back of the connector is potted and the wires were a good length.

> 3 dayI returned it. It was delivered to late to use. I bought one in time from Autozone for the same price when I needed to install it.

> 3 dayPlugs into an existing 4-flat for lights if you have one in place, or that connector can be cut off and the wires individually spliced. The other three wires, for brakes, back-up and 12v have to be spliced. It comes with butt splices. You have to know what you’re doing. If you have a vehicle that has separate trailer light wiring and a connector underneath, like GM trucks and Suburbans, you would be much better off getting a connector made to connect to your specific brand of vehicle, and avoid splices altogether.

> 3 dayUsed it to add a 7 pin connection to 2008 Ford Expedition that came w/ the 4 pin connection. Mine had electric brake pre-wired, but no power line (black). I was able to make holes on the 4 pin connector holder and attach this adapter using nut/bolt. The wires behind the 7 pin connection touch the spare tire a bit, but I was able to install everything w/o much trouble. Looks professional, and so far no issues connecting/hauling a travel trailer.
