> 24 hourDislike how many boxes the package came with and the vacuum is a bit noisy. Other than that, we are pleased with how clean our floor is once the cleaning is complete.

> 24 hourSome online review says, this is the same Vaccum as i7 or i6 except the camera. It probably is the case but the difference in performance is huge… this has gotten stuck over the edges of a cliff a couple of times (did not fall) and 1 out of 5 times it cannot find its way back home. That’s why 1 less star. Does excellent job with dog hair, sharp sucks comparatively. Battery life is superb… Lastly do not buy Amazon warehouse deals… the i6 I bought from warehouse deals has gone useless after 3 months because it won’t even start.

> 24 hourHaving a breed that sheds daily, this product has been a lifesaver. I no longer have to worry about vacuuming three times a day, knowing that the roomba will take care of it highly recommend, if you have pets.

> 24 hourAbsolutely nothing special about this things vacuuming ability. I bought this vacuum for our upstairs, roughly 700 sq ft. It takes the Roomba over an hour to do its job and it does an okay job at best, really it needs to do 2 passes 3 times a week to get the pet hair (from 1 cat), which now puts it at over 2 hours to do its job. Spectacularly unimpressive. It gets stuck in odd locations it didnt have a problem with 3 days prior and you have to go save it. After a whopping 2 months, the vacuum broke. I should have bought the warranty but it wouldnt change this review, it would just make it an easier pill to swallow having bought the wrong product, but my takeaway of I should have bought a Dyson would still stand. I understand things break and the replacement parts arent very expensive but I wouldnt have bought any product with these kinds of issues. This product definitely does NOT need vacuum bags. Unneeded design add-on to help drive up the price. A bin the customers could have dumped would have been just as easy to include in the design. I ordered some pocket zippers and hot glued them onto the back of a few bags I cut a slit in, and now I have reusable bags. Works Great! 10 out of 10 on a product idea. 3 out of 10 on product execution. Overall it doesnt vacuum very well, its slow, its noisy, it takes more maintenance than youd expect from a vacuum, especially a vacuum with a higher price tag. Cool idea, still a long way to go before this is a good product.

> 24 hourTook a few tries to get the mapping done right and set it up but wow this is what we expected when roombas first came out. We bought this and the the M6 wet mop and our floors are now spots less.

> 24 hourI really wanted to love this thing. I almost did. I even spent about an hour getting it to connect to my wifi and the app. It ran well a few times... then the error messages started up. It wasnt just one thing, it was a bunch of things-- roller issues, filter issues, needs help emptying. All of that I could probably look past and deal with, but the biggest issue of all is that the power cable does not properly fit the base, so it wiggles out and looses connection easily. It got to a point where it wouldnt charge the robot unless I was physically holding the cable into the base. I contacted iRobot and they sent me a new cable... same issue. Now Im going to try to return.

> 24 hourI love Roombas...Ive had 3 over the years, and they are great if you have the right setup for them. Doesnt eliminate vacuuming entirely but really spreads it out, especially in main areas. My problem with this one is that I bought the base that empties itself, and had no idea it requires disposable bags! They are expensive! I would never have bought it had I realized that - I hate dealing with disposable bags, and its completely unnecessary. I would rather dump it out myself. They could definitely design this with something you wouldnt have to replace when you empty it. This just seems like a money grab to me. Save your money and get the version without the self-emptying bin that requires expensive refills every time.

> 24 hourI dont know why I allowed myself to go so long without having a Roomba - seriously. The machine itself is the perfect size to go under beds, chairs, and couches but strong enough to capture even the tiniest granular of dirt. I have three cats and the Roomba (unintentionally) provides so much entertainment for them - although they dont engage with the vacuum, they enjoy watching it seamlessly maneuver around the apartment. The docking station is a game-changer and increases the automation and hands-off nature of the product. It cleans very well, however I dont like that I cannot manipulate the map drawn as I do have some areas that Id prefer the Roomba not to tread into. I have a moderately sized apartment and am not too bothered by this, but if you have a larger space it might be something to think about.
