I was able to replace my sheared-off gear assembly in my Chamberlain LiftMaster 1/2 HP garage door opener in about two hours. Worked perfectly to repair the garage door, great instructions included. Takes some time to perform the swap out the first time, but not difficult.

Worth it for the money

I just bought my home this year and this kit saved me from having to buy a new garage door opener. My friend removed the worn out broken parts dropped this into place and soon the door was opening
