Liftmaster 41c4220a Gear and Sprocket Kit for Chamberlain, Sears, Craftsman and LiftMaster 1/3 and 1/2 HP Chain Drive Models

The part served its purpose and our door opener was back into service upon installation of this part. Further more, the cost at Amazon was considerably less than similar part available from the Manufacturers authorized dealer.

This parts kit is a direct replacement of what was installed in my garage door opener. All parts are there to properly overhaul the sprocket assembly. The install took about 45mins after pulling out the proper tools. There are a couple installation videos over on Youtube and are very helpful to help those of us who do not take these apart for a living.

Excellent instructions and a perfect fit. Overhauled my 2001 Liftmaster opener after the sprocket and drive gear broke. Opener is much more quiet when operating now. Fit like a glove. I did not purchase the “guaranteed OEM” version, but it was marked as OEM, for what it’s worth.

Just what I needed to repair my door. Saved a nice piece of change by getting these parts and fixing it myself.

Easy install with included instructions

Fits my 1994 craftsman 1/2 HP GDO easy to install, Just remember do not move the inner trolley cause if you do it will mess with your travel limits. I think a little more grease could be included. Happy none the less I have a functioning garage door opener again.

You need to be good mechanically if your doing youre own installation. Works great. Good value. Saved me from buying a whole new unit.
