Greater than one weekAbout 3 months ago, one of my 16 year old garage door openers quit working (I could hear the motor running but door wouldnt lift). I opened up the case on the garage door opener and saw that the main gear had stripped. I searched the web and ran across this kit. I figured I would give it a try. Well, it worked perfectly. I was amazed to be able to find repair parts for such an old door opener and was pleased that I could repair my door opener for around $20 instead of buying a new one. Installation took about an hour and a half. Was so pleased that when my other opener exhibited the same problem this month, I didnt hesitate to order another one.

Greater than one weekIncluded all of the necessary parts and grease for replacing the drive sprocket on my LiftMaster 1/2HP. As the product description states, i downloaded the Owners Manual for my model opener and confirmed the part number needed for the sprocket replacement. Quick delivery.

> 3 daygreat advise on the prior comments, just be warned, if you let the circuit board hang there are hot connections very close to the metal frame and a spinning piece that will end up rubbing it. I get the prize for saving it from the spinning piece only to short it out on the metal frame. Blew out 3 sections of conductor and added another hour to my install time soldering in new conductor. Nailed it!
