Lixit Critter Space Pod, Perfect for Small Animals (Small)

LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I was wanting to get these for my rats forever and when I finally saw them on amazon I was so happy!! I have 2 female rats and they both LOVE it. I noticed only one problem. 1 of my 2 rats is obese and since I have the dome hooked on top of the cage, my rat decided to climb on the top of where the things hang and she got stuck between the cage and the dome because shes so big. And I had to help her scooch her wittle bum outta there. But the large fits both 2 female rats. And one is obese so more like fits 3 large rats. Lol

My ratties love their space pod. We mostly hang it upside down, but it can sit either way. It fits our 3 rats nicely, but Ive heard as many as 6 rats will pile in at once. Its a cute and easy to clean bed for any small rodent or pet. I highly recommend it. It has endured many rats over a few years. Sometimes my rats will bring bedding into the space pod for warmth, or leave it empty for a clean, cool bed. They never seem to get sick of it.

I bought this for my two female rats, and they love it! I love how it can go on the ground or hang as a hammock. It is a good price too, for two things in one. It was very easy to assemble, all I had to do was click the three peices together. It is also very resistant-my rat who chews everything in her cage hasnt gotten to this just yet! Definitely would reccomend to any rat owner.

My rats love too chew an they almost made it half way threw one leg but both my adult male fit inside it they cuddle in it works great.

My rats love this. I had one and both of my big rats would squish in it. I got two more rats so I needed to buy a second because all four would try and not fit. Idk how other people’s rats all fit, but that’s okay they prefer this over their hammocks most of the time. Only compliant is where they hook to the cage are plastic too and don’t seem to be that strong, I’m afraid one day it’ll fall down

My two Syrians hamsters do not like this product i have now idea why they dont i have placed this in their cage and they refuse to go near it i have since taking it out of the cage and into storage maybe the next kid will like it

I dont know what the deal with rats and space pods is, but they LOVE them. My boys sleep in it all the time, either alone or piled on top of one another. This is the second one Ive purchased. Now theres one in the bottom of their cage and one in the top. Both get used daily. My boys especially like to drag paper towel/fleece/bedding into the space pod so that they can nest. These are easy to install in a cage and just as easy to take out and apart, making them very easy to keep clean. I would highly, highly recommend this product.

My girls love it. All six of them try to pile into it, it’s easy to clean, and it’s withstood their little rat teeth pretty well! It was easy to attach to the top of the cage.

I got a critter nation cage for my 2 male rats and needed more toys and hides for their new cage. I wondered weather or not they would use it. The design is simple, just two pieces of plastic that snap together. This was an instant favorite. My curious boy got in it as soon as I hung it up and played all over it. It is now where they both go to snuggle up and sleep. An absolute must have for rat owners.

I purchased this for three female rats. Its big enough that two of them can fit in it snuggled together quite comfortably. It would possibly fit all three if they laid on top of each other some, but my third girl prefers her turtle hideout, so I feel its a matter of preference. I have it hanging from the ceiling of the cage. It was very easy to put together and install in the cage. Its rather intuitive and its pretty secure once put together. Im not concerned about it coming apart as you might find with some other two piece houses. I use fleece to line mine and my picky girl loves to sleep in it.
