> 24 hourFolks who complain about the Tineco S11 Tangos performance didnt do their homework. A product is designed to optimize a particular job. Most complaints are for jobs outside this vacs designed primary purpose. The Tango comes with a specially designed head for hardwood floors. My dog is a huge shedder, so I needed a vac to pick up dog hair on the hardwood floors of the main floor of my 1200 sq ft townhome. I dont have a lot of area to cover, so battery run time is not a factor. And I dont use it for picking up dog hair on my upstairs carpeting. I keep my older canister vac upstairs for that purpose. This vac does exactly what it was designed for, does it well, and is fast to retrieve, use, and put away for recharging. Itll do carpeting but not as well or as long as a corded model. I love this vac.

> 24 hourOf all of the household chores that exist, vacuuming is my favorite. I love to vacuum. I love the satisfaction of vacuuming, and I love it when I know my vacuum is doing a good job. Ive had multiple Dysons, Hoovers, Bissell, and Shark vacuums over the years. I decided to try this brand out for a change. Everything I read sounded great, so I was so excited to get it! Pro - I can feel the strong suction. Especially when you but it in Max mode on a hard surface (not carpet), you can feel the suction. - The indicator ring on top shows how dirty an area is, then it turns blue as it gets cleaner - It tells you how much % battery power is left on the screen as you use it - its very quiet. It automatically chooses the strength of the suction to clean an area. The strongest setting is still quite quiet. Con - Im still getting used to seeing the indicator ring, so I feel like sometimes I overly fixate on one spot just bc the ring is red and not blue....even if the area do appear to be clean (yes, I know there can be dirt that I might not be seeing) - the battery power indicator is neat, but I feel like it also distracts me bc I can watch it die down so quickly - Each charge doesnt last very long. I can spend maybe 10 minutes vacuuming my upstairs, and thatll use up the entire charge - Charging takes A LONG time to fully charge - In order to charge, you have to rest the device on a charging base. It hooks up on the long attachment, even though the battery is probably in the top part. (Where the trigger and waste basket is) There isnt a way to charge without having it all connected, which takes up more space. - Although the vacuum clearly has multiple settings or degrees of strength when using it. The only 2 options are auto and max. Itd be nice it we could choose something in the middle since it sometimes does choose a light setting and the only want to override that is to put it to Max (which sucks up the battery life... literally) Overall, this is still a good vacuum. For what its priced, though, I expected a bit more.

> 24 hourThis is a really nice stick vacuum. I got an extra battery but the battery life is really quite good as long as you dont use the max power mode too much. I really like the feature that shows how dirty an area is so you know where to put in the effort. We have a German Shepherd and Siberian Forest Cat and they are all-pro shedders. Tineco Pure does a great job keeping up with the hair. Using an attachment to clean one of the two provided filters is an ingenious way of thumping filters against the nearest trash can to dislodge dirt. Worth the money as long as it lasts a couple of years.

> 24 hourThis is my first stick vacuum. Before this I had a Hoover Platinum Upright -- I call that the King of Vacuums. However, with the whole Covid, its in storage and we are temporarily living elsewhere in a good-sized apartment whose floors are about evenly split between laminate and low-pile carpet. I looked for a vacuum that would meet our needs, but maybe not overlap with the Hoover so when the two are united, both might have a place in our home. Good choice. This vacuum is terrific. Pros: - Capably handles both carpet and laminate with no problems. - Very maneuverable (much more so than my upright), which is handy as the edge cleaning isnt fantastic -- I can quickly shift to using the front of the vacuum where its better. - Very easy to shift between hand-held and stick. I found myself doing that last time I vacuumed -- quickly switching at the end to get some places in-between the furniture and the wall. - Power management -- this ramps up the speed when you are in areas where it finds more dirt. This sounded like a gimmick when I read about it, but in practice its seemless and very effective, and I appreciate it given it helps with the balance between battery duration, vacuum cleaner weight, and suction power. Clever and well implemented. - I can see the dirt. Ok- I never thought I would like this, but its actually very handy. Did that piece of cardboard I was uncertain about and vacuumed anyway make it up to the unit? Oh- there it is stuck around the brush, and oh there it just made it up to the hand-held portion. Will this handle that pistachio shell? Look, I can see it in the thing. This is really, really handy. Cons: - Light, but not light enough. I can very comfortably wield this at length, but Im a big guy. My wife, on the other hand, is more petite of maybe average height. I asked her if we might just use this at our new place and her response was that she likes it and will use it, but its too heavy to clean a house with. Somebody needs to figure out how to mount the battery nearer the floor to maybe shift the center of gravity- thats the winner. - The connectivity is gimmicky and not useful. I dont need a different app telling me its time to vacuum, or that I need to empty the thing, etc. I cant see this being useful for anyone. - The thing cant stand on its own. Youre vacuuming around -- oh, here, lets shift that chair. Oh- where do I prop this thing up awkwardly while I do that? - I wish there were a good option for not mounting. - Its kind of spendy, and Im now not convinced the Tango model was worth it. This thing is as expensive as my Hoover Platinum upright, and while I called that the King of Vacuums, its truly more like the Emperor. Anyway- bottom line is this: I like it and it meets our needs. The pros very much outweigh the cons in my situation, and the connectivity con is more like a feature nobody needs, where if I were to buy this again, Id simply choose a less-expensive model without it (if that exists). In our new home this will handle stairs, spot cleaning, and single-room cleaning. The rest goes to the Emperor.

> 24 hourThis vacuum makes cleaning a breeze! It is smooth and light but it is mighty. It cleans hardwood and carpet so well! I like it more than the Dyson stick I had!

> 24 hourI ordered this almost 1 year ago and it’s worked great. Only issue was the rubber stopper at the brush head was broken. I contacted Tineco directly and they sent me a replacement brush head within a week. I sent a photo and no questions asked. Highly recommended!

> 24 hourThis review is for Tineco Pure ONE S11 Tango which is difficult to find as the listings/names keep changing (today the word Tango is left out but I got the soft roller as well as the brush head for carpet) Im happy with the look, the feel of the build quality, and basic performance. I have not yet used the app, not sure I will. I am comparing it to the Simplicity S65 which Ive had for over 2 years so here are the differences, most of which are negative: 1) The tube is shorter than the S65 and even though I am only 55 tall it feels too short for me. 2) To turn it on and leave it on requires 2 hands - you have to pull the trigger and while HOLDING THE TRIGGER you must use your other hand to move a switch to lock the trigger. This is stupid. The trigger should be a toggle. That locking switch feels a little flimsy to me. 3) The button to open the dustbin feels flimsy. At first I thought it wasnt working but you have to push it harder than you think you should and then it will release. 4) The filters seem like theyre going to be a pain. There are 2 filters - 1 metal, 1 cloth. There is actually a tool you attach to the vacuum to clean the filter. Dear God. No one wants to spend that much time on regular maintenance for a vacuum. If I cared that much about my air quality I wouldnt have pets. 5) The joint where the head attaches to the pole has a big elbow joint that doesnt allow you to reach low under furniture - the head pops a wheelie and loses contact with the floor unless you rotate the pole 90 degrees - another thing that slows you down and makes it less convenient than the S65. See photos. 6) The roller head seems better built than on the S65 - the strips on the edges that protect your floor appear to be better quality - maybe they wont come off & have to be glued back on repeatedly like on my S65. Lesson I learned is never to use the hard floor roller on carpet or rugs - that will pull those strips off. 7) The vacuum came with a wall mount but a lot of people may not want to use that - if they rent they may not be allowed to make holes in their walls so a floor mount should be an option. I havent mounted mine yet and may not. You can make it work in the floor, but not as easy to get the unit snapped in the charger as on the S65. 8) The mini-brush head has a very gentle brush that it says is for cleaning upholstered furniture or mattresses. The brush is so gentle you could vacuum a babys face with it. I use that small size head to vacuum a carpeted staircase so was very disappointed - this wont be able to do that effectively. Ill keep using the S65 for that job. 9) Have not used it yet, but the dusting tool also has brushes that are very short and not very many of them. I cant imagine this will be effective for cleaning anything. I bought this because I wanted 1 vac per floor of my house and also because these lithium batteries reportedly last less than 5 years so I expect my 2.5 year old S65 to stop working in the next 2-3 years. Consumer reports rated the Tineco Pure One as one of the best cordless vacs.

> 24 hourI previously owned the shark pet pro (market value about $200). It pretty much stopped working after one year. When researching a replacement I saw a lot of tineco models. I have a 2BR apartment with carpet and hardwood so I needed a model that could do both. Battery life was not as much of an issue for me (however you can purchase extra battery packs and I believe there are other brand that make the lithium batteries with the same attachment). After using it for a week I don’t have a bad thing to say about it! My favorite part is how easy it is to clean. Very similar in that way to the Dyson stick vacuum. The part about hair not getting caught in the brush head is TRUE! I have long hair and have not had to cut any out of the brush head. Highly recommend! Very easy to clean out which makes me the happiest.

> 24 hourBattery on my Dyson V7 was dying so I shopped around for a replacement. Seriously considered buying another Dyson, but wanted to consider newer technology. After 1 month of use, I believe this vacuum is better than the Dyson. It’s nice to have the LED light and especially the trigger lock(unlike the Dyson). The automatic dirt sensor controls the speed of the motor! Lastly, the battery life is excellent!
