kept loosing wifi signal in my apartment building boosted phone bill trying to connect, then i bought the extender now excellent signal all through apartment now i can lower my phone bill and i never get dropped anymore.

I bought this to improve wifi signal in my garage where I have multiple wifi plugs,switches and a echo dot. I have a router and with range extender my wifi signal is now 100% in my house and garage. Setup took only a few minutes and most of that was determining where I wanted to place it. Work great

We are staying in a 2 floor house with many doors and walls between the router and the rooms we needed wifi to reach. I ordered the extender to extend the signal and it is awesome. simple instructions on how to set it up, took me 3 mins. The signal is good. Like I have the router right in those rooms. good item.

The WIFI RANGE EXTENDER is a must have for large homes!My house is about 3000+ square feet and there are many dead wifi spots to connect from downstairs, because my home network system is located upstairs.Got the product today, followed the steps (which I recommend using your smartphone to establish network connection between your router and the extender using the network assistant instructions given in the manual) and got it to work in about 10 minutes, Since for some reason the WPS method wasnt working for me.Anyways the attached picture speaks for itself. Areas where I was getting one wifi bar, I got the full three. My wifi connection boosted from 1 Mbps to 20+Mbps.Now I can enjoy watching Netflix in the main living room without it having to buffer :)Dont hesitate on this product if your needing a range extender!! 5 Stars thanks !!!

I live in a remote area where I have limited Internet access. The wireless router I use just didnt keep a connection in the opposite end of the house where my computer is located. In desperation I ordered this extender and plugged it into an outlet in the computer room and the problem was solved. I recommend this extender, and I also recommend to anyone buying one that they read other reviews that go into detail on how to set it up. It is really easy to set up, but as others have commented, you need to use a tablet instead of a desktop computer to do it and the directions that come with the unit arent totally clear on that.

Im a tech capable person, but not an expert. Our router is on the second floor of the front of our house. There was a dead spot in the back corner of the first floor. Of course, this is where we have a tv with a FireStick. Even a new router we got still had trouble reaching the corner so wed randomly drop wifi or streaming would freeze. I got this extender because it got decent reviews, I know netgear, and the specs seemed to be what I needed. I was a bit nervous that the signal still wouldnt reach the dead spot.First the not perfect part. Setting up from an iphone was super easy, except that I lost the sign-in page a couple times for no apparent reason. Once I had to restart the process. The other time, I was done, but hadnt clicked the final finished or other closing button. Everything did work after a few minutes, however. Besides that hiccup, it couldnt have been easier to set up.The performance has been everything I could have hoped for. I did, however, only plug this in 12 hours ago. I placed the extender on the same floor as the router towards the back of the house about 35 feet away. In the dead spot, I measured 10/10 download/upload from the router (and I had lost the connection on the first try). On the extended network 5g I got 46/27 and on the 2g I got 24/28. For reference, I top out at 60/60 on the router. I have not tried streaming video yet.

Excellent basic router extender. Works great at my parents home who have a D-Link DIR-615. In combination with both, excellent coverage throughout the house.

working well so far, extended my network--should have done it long ago--follow instructions --use the push button wps connection if you have that--if not, first connect to it with mobile device--its fairly straight forward...

I have never felt the desire to leave feedback for a product before, but this extender is great. It was easy to set up (under 3 min), and I saw immediate results when I connected. Highly recommended.
