> 3 dayNothing bad to say about this Router! Gets me 800mbps average with my 1 gig internet using wifi. This is a blazing fast router with direct lan connection too with solid 900+ mbps.

> 3 dayIm giving this a 4 rating because my ASUS 3200 had a longer reaching WiFI. Im thinking because this one is AiMesh Compatible ASUS might not be as concerned with a signal being less strong. I know I know just spend more money on an extender to get a better signal in the other rooms. On this router the 2.4 in the other rooms comes in at 5 bars and the 5 comes in at 3 bars and even at times drops the signal. On the other hand with my ASUS 3200 it gave a solid 5 bars in 2.4 and 5 and never dropped a signal. The reason I bought this one is because I liked the idea of having a faster CPU and this has a very fast CPU. I have not returned this because I am thinking there must be a setting Im missing that would change this and will give a followup review after I am sure what is causing this. Although, I did reset it and it still has the same problem.

> 3 dayRun away from it. This router is extremely bad in range. There is a lot of hype about this router but this router frequently disconnects from the internet unlike all other router brands that I had.

> 3 dayI had this router hyped up by so many people and I read over what it could do at least a dozen times. I was even waiting for my old router to finally bite the bucket to get this one, and it set up super easy and has a ton of cool features, but if you have smart devices like Alexa or a Smart Fridge, it straight up refuses to connect to them. I’ve jumped through just about every article and Reddit post I’ve found seeing numerous of the same complaints but thought it was just folks not doing something right.

> 3 dayThis is the best wifi router Ive ever had. Super fast, a generous 8 ports on the back, and super easy to navigate the set-up and online interface. We didnt subscribe to the fancy gamer optimizations or anything, and we can easily support 3 minecraft servers, 2 gaming PCs, zoom, and streamed music at the same time. We did have to find a new spot for this device as its profile is a little bigger than our last one, plus it causes a buzz in our subwoofer unless its 10+ feet away.

Greater than one weekI am upgrading from a AC87U. So Ive been wanting to make the move from AC to AX protocol for awhile. And Im glad I did. The AX88U is definitely a top performer. Looking forward to my new phone which comes in about 6 weeks to try the AX side of the router. But overall I am really impressed with its performance handling of my 10+ devices at the same time. Havent found a dislike yet hence the 5 stars
