We had set in pet stains from our puppies that were awful! I was embarrassed to have anyone come to the house. We had the carpet professionally cleaned, but that didnt help much at all. As a last resort before buying all new carpet, I decided to order the Bissell Big Green Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner. The reviews were good, so I thought it was worth a try. It was amazing! It met all of my expectations & then some! Two people who had seen my carpet before & after, couldnt believe the results! They both said That is quite the machine! I would buy this carpet cleaner again with no hesitation! It is excellent & easy to use!!

Let me start by saying I have never written a customer review before but feel compelled to take the time to write one now for this product. I made the mistake of purchasing very expensive wall to wall carpet in an off white color for my large family room. This room is used by my family of 2 small children as well as a family daycare. Need I say more, big mistake. I have owned the carpet for just over a year and was at the point of having it professionally cleaned every month for the price of $75 each time. The rug would look great when my professional left but by the time the rug dried most of the stains would resurface. Professional kept saying there really wasnt anything he could do about that. I was on the verge of ripping up the carpet and installing hardwood when I researched carpet cleaners for myself and after reading dozens of reviews decided I had nothing to loose by trying the Bissell Big Green. The first thing I was thrilled about was that it came fully assembled and I was shampooing carpet 15 minutes after the Fed Ex driver dropped it off. I started with a small area rug I have by the front door. There were no major stains on the carpet but thought if things didnt go well with the shampooer it would be a small loss to throw the rug away. I only wish I had taken before and half way through photos because I couldnt believe the difference. I thought the rug was only marginally dirty but in truth it was filthy. On to the family room. I used the Bissell Pre-treat, waited a few minutes and dug in. The machine is easy to use, very similar to a vacuum cleaner. I went over areas without stains one time and any area that had big stains I went over twice. The rug looks absolutely brand new. Even the stains that the professional said would never come up have disappeared. There were even three stains of cranberry juice which I believed would never come up. The room was dry enough to walk on with a few hours. After the family room I was so thrilled that I kept going, cleaning all my area rugs that are on all my hardwood floors throughout the house and everything came out perfectly. Next, I did my upholstered sofas and chairs. You have to believe with a house full of small children and their friends that keeping all these surfaces clean is next to impossible. However, at this point I feel this is easy enough to do every month if need be. I am now going to friends houses to clean their carpet. (Truthfully, they have asked to borrow it but it is now my absolute favorite appliance and I dont want to take the chance that anything will happen to it.) People in other reviews commented on the heaviness of it making it difficult to carry up stairs, etc. but I took off the two water tanks and carried them separately and didnt find it heavy to move at all. Also, the entire basement of my home is covered in berber carpet where the main daycare area is and it cleaned all the carpet beautifully without causing any damage or fussiness as was mentioned in other reviews. The one thing I wish it had was an indicator to let you know when the clean water/shampoo runs out. I made several passes when the tank was empty now I just keep an eye on the return water tube. This was a big financial investment for me but I feel it will pay for itself in a matter of months.

I started out using this machine because I was in a pinch when our carpet vendor had to cancel. My first experience was with a rental from a local hardware company, per the recommendation of our rep. The rental had clearly been used a lot, and not well cared for. I was skeptical. However, our $5000.00 commercial machine was heavy, hard to fill, rigorous to use, exhausting to use solo, and an inconvenience for those occupying apartments. With this machine, I was able to complete the job in a fraction of the time, had no interference with other occupants, had no fatigue, and the end result was a much cleaner and sanitary carpet. I was so pleased I bought 4. I have since bought nothing but this. The upholstery attachments work well for furniture and tight spaces. The stair tool sees no loss of suction. The machine is simple to use, can be used by a single person with ease. The suction is less than more expensive machines, but the scrubbing bristles penetrate deep into the carpet and in my opinion yield a better clean. The capacity is small, but that can be seen as a benefit. This is not a machine for water extraction, but for cleaning. The machine is easy to clean, and upon first use it will be evident how much this machine really pulls out of the carpet. There is a clear channel on the top of the collection bin and you will be able to see the hair, dirt, and grime as it is extracted. There is a multi color pinwheel on the top of the machine for flow, that will let you when when water is flowing or the tank is empty. For areas with pets, it does extremely well with hair and dander. Rather than flood and suck, this machine will excel with proper chemical treatment. Pre-treat stains properly ahead of time, and mix the proper fragrance and general carpet cleaning solution for your needs with the clean water tank for optimal performance. It’s a prefect option for single households. For commercial, I recently chose to use this product over a much more expensive machine. A larger complex with indoor, carpet hallways. Roughly 2 linear miles (4 buildings, 4 floors per building) and 6 foot wide. To make it work I prefilled a 30 gallon tote with water and treatment, and one empty tote. I was then able to fill the tank when needed, as well as empty the collection tank with ease. Pretreated the stains with a backpack sprayer, and the end result was great. My legs and back are still thankful. One caveat is that it is still pretty loud.

****UPDATE***** I rarely write updates to products I review but for this item I felt I had to. We have two cats and a dog and one of our cats has been having intestinal issues and is pooping on our downstairs carpet and hairballs appear there as well. Our dog eats grass and once in a while leaves us a little pile of green goodness. Needless to say, our house can sometimes get spotty on the carpets. When these things happen I use the Bissell spot pet cleaner in the can and try to get the spots out the best I can, which doesnt quite do the job. Yesterday I took out the Big Green Machine and tackled the issue head on and our carpet looks new again. This thing takes out stains that have been there for six months. It is amazing. I didnt think the small attachment brush would do much because the bristles are stationary, they do not rotate, but damn if it didnt thoroughly clean the stains as well. It is a phenomenal machine. And even though I vacuumed the house with my Shark, the Big Green Machine still picked up a ton of hair when cleaning. The suction power is amazing. When you are done, the carpet is moist, but not wet, and it dries quickly. My niece brought over a rug she was using as a runner for her hallway. My sister and her did everything they could to clean the thing, but it was a white rug and there were spots all over it and it looked dingy. I used my cleaner on her rug and it came out looking new. This product gets rave reviews and there is a good reason for that. It is one of the best designed products for cleaning floors I have ever used. It works better than any machine I have rented. It is awesome! ****ORIGINAL REVIEW**** I received my Bissell Big Green Deep Cleaning machine yesterday. I opened up the box and was cleaning my carpets within 15 minutes. I was so excited about this product I had to write the review before I finished cleaning all my carpets. Before I purchased this product I did a ton of research. Amazon knows me so well it put this item on a blitz sale and I bought it immediately. Knowing what I know now I would have paid regular price for it, but I am very happy I got it on sale for cheaper than listed. It comes pre-assembled. The handle folds down so that is how it is in the box. You lift it out, it is about 45 lbs., put the handle in the up position, empty out the dirty water tank which contains a bottle of cleaner and some cardboard, and then read the directions. We have four animals. Two dogs, one is a senior, and two cats. There have been several accidents on the carpet in one are where we have neglected it. Since we are hosting Christmas this year I decided I needed to get a new cleaner. Our other carpet on the main level was simply dirty and there was a spot where the cats knocked over a Christmas tree and spilled old, stale dirty tree water on the carpet. I thought there was no hope for this stain since a cleaning company that used enhanced water tried to clean it and had zero success. I have enclosed before and after pictures of this stain. It 100% removed it and the carpet looks like new. I also read other reviews and I did two things for the main stain caused by the pets. First I vacuumed every inch where I was going to clean. Next, I went over the carpet one time with no solution in the machine just to get the carpet wet. I heard this helps with cleaning. Next, I put in the solution and cleaned parts of my carpet. The parts without pet stains looked fantastic and it pulled out a ton of dirt and even more pet hair. Since it worked so good I ran to the local big box store and bought the pet stain and odor removal formula, the oxy-booster, and a spot stain remover. I then attacked the stain with a vengeance. Next I doubled the amount of cleaner I put in for the pet stain. Someone else mentioned this and it did seem to do a better job. I was very impressed with many things about this machine. First, it really and truly cleans better than professional carpet cleaners. I would never go back. Next, the machine weighs 45 lbs. or so but it is easy to move back and forth. It cleans in both directions. I went real slow over the heavily soiled areas and made many passes over them (usually four). The work was slow and steady but the water I dumped out was extremely dirty. Also, I took out several huge handfuls of pet hair from the sink strainer and pieces that the machine kicked out. No matter how good you vacuum you will pick up more pet hair. The suction is tremendous. When you are not pushing in the button to dispense the soap then it acts like a wet/dry vac and it takes the excess water out of the carpet. The carpets dried very fast compared to professional machines. The fresh water container and the dirty water container are easy to remove and easy to replace. It is one of the best designed and best working machines for what it is designed for, than most any other product I have used. The only con I can think of is that I told my mom about this machine and now she wants me to come over and clean her carpets.

It was the best of times. It was the worst of times. The carpets had seen better days of cleanliness. The old Hoover had died under warranty but they no longer make that model. So we had the purchase price in hand but no carpet cleaner. What to do? What to do? WHAT TO DO? Research and buy a different cleaner was the only recourse short of paying a service or renting - both so gauche and demeaning. As a self-made DIY amateur, the best bang for the buck based on good old Google searching and the fantastic fanatic reviews on amazing Amazon, led me to the BISSELL Big Green Deep Cleaning Machine Professional Grade Carpet Cleaner. The first drawback I experienced was sticker shock; I had never spent this much on a carpet cleaner before. The old favorite dead one was easily $100 less but alas it was no longer available to me - unrequited. Sticker shock be damned, on with the purchase after weeks of deliberation and ever-so-gentle prodding from my lovely wife. The order was placed. The dice was cast. Would it measure up to expectations? Would the detracting reviews be more correct? The mystery was afoot; only delivery and a test run would provide the answers. The BISSELL Big Green Deep Cleaning Machine Professional Grade Carpet Cleaner arrived. I could barely contain my excitement to unpack and test the beast. Unpacking and assembling for use was very simple. To my chagrin, in my zeal to start the test run, I failed to remove the two pieces of cardboard and the bottle of cleaning fluid stored in the recovery tank. The oversight became obvious on the run to the commode to empty the test collection. A bonehead move to be sure. How could I have completed a test run without using the provided fluid, you ask. Simple, I had other cleaning fluid on hand because I wasnt certain any came with the BISSELL Big Green Deep Cleaning Machine Professional Grade Carpet Cleaner. Despite the potential of being asked to surrender my MAN card, I admit I DO read instructions and manuals - just not all at once - and definitely not all (obviously) prior to operation. Sure enough, it was in there. So, here is the first bonus and positive point about the BISSELL Big Green Deep Cleaning Machine Professional Grade Carpet Cleaner - it comes with a small bottle of concentrated cleaning fluid - most likely enough for a once-over of several rooms. Other operational observations: The BISSELL Big Green Deep Cleaning Machine Professional Grade Carpet Cleaner delivers as described in most of the positive reviews. It does a good job cleaning the carpet. Dirty carpets will require more passes with it - the dirtier the more passes required - or perhaps more patience than I have in laying down a pre-treatment or applying the solution and waiting a bit before collecting. My carpets dried in good time; I didnt notice any excessive wet or damp spots. I measured the capacity of the dispensing and collection tanks on the BISSELL Big Green Deep Cleaning Machine Professional Grade Carpet Cleaner before use - perhaps a bit overly scientific or some might say anal. Then during use I observed that the collection level was just a little lower than what was dispensed. I am very happy with this. Multiple passes helped pick up water but only to a point. There is a small view port on top where you can observe the fluid collection; when it stops spotting youve picked up about as much as you can. On the negative side, it is a little loud. Im no audiologist but I dont think hearing protection is required. Your significant other will be able to sneak up on you while it is in operation. If you have a weak bladder or queasy bowels, appropriate adult protective garments may be in order. You can yodel, belt out opera, rock, or your favorite nursery rhymes whilst operating and probably not notice how bad or good you really are - but keep in mind that it isnt so loud as to drown out your voice so that others wont notice - they will - and they may comment. If you have thin skin keep this in mind. One must pay attention when seating the dispensing and collection tanks. Only once did I fail to do this. I almost immediately noticed the little observation port wasnt showing any incoming fluid. I stopped and checked - re-seated the tanks and went right back to work. The BISSELL Big Green Deep Cleaning Machine Professional Grade Carpet Cleaner is a tad cumbersome to move around but during operation I had no difficulties. During my initial marathon test run cleaning, my my back was negatively influenced - it started to ache. I attribute this to my extended test run time and my propensity to not take breaks. It is also cumbersome to carry up/down stairs for storage. I am an average male. Capet cleaning is my household duty; my wife has not had the opportunity to play with my toy yet. Overall, I LIKE it. Alas, I cannot love the BISSELL Big Green Deep Cleaning Machine Professional Grade Carpet Cleaner as my carpet cleaning heart love will always be with the no-longer-offered Hoover it replaced.

Ive owned this machine almost 3 full days. We have shampooed our living room and have started on our bedroom and dining room carpet. I really am super grossed out of how bad a carpet can get when you are a neat freak and you clean and vacuum regularly. Shampooing on the other hand will now happen more often since purchasing our own shampooer. So far I say the machine is tops! However with longevity of the machine I cant say. Let me first tell you proof is in the photos and I really am ashamed to share them however its the reality of carpet owners all over the world. Carpets get gross even when you are a clean housekeeper it just happens and even though no one wants that to be their carpet it is. Okay its recommended for this machine use by bissell and myself for good reason. Buy the Bissel Stain Pretreat in the spray bottle before you begin. I also bought the oxy boost by Bissell that is safe for all shampooers says on the bottle. Make sure to only use Bissell products in this machine. Vacuum the carpet with a clean vacuum make sure the filters are clean and take your time vacuuming. We shampooed our living room with the provided Bissell professional deep cleaning 2x ultra solution. I used a Bissell pet and spot treatment on the areas that were high traffic. After the shampooing I was super bummed. It didnt impress me at all. I thought our carpet is either ruined or this machine isnt good. And I was in the 1 star rated peoples experience category. So I called bissell and wasnt a fan of the mans statements or advice he said the pet and spot treatment is the same as the pretreat and to use it. Also said I need to shampoo the carpet a minimum of 3 times letting it nearly dry or completely dry between shampooing which I agree with that part because its been a few years since shampooing. (steam cleaning by a professional) by the way steam cleaning isnt deep cleaning. I said the pet and spot cleaner is the same thing? He said it was. I said so bissell is bottling the same thing labeling it different to scam people to buy more products. Then he changed his wording and said its a different formulation but just use what you have. Anyways I had written bissell also but hadnt heard back yet so I used my gut and went and got the pretreat before saying this machine wasnt good. I also got the oxy boost. I sprayed the pretreat over the whole carpet lightly and heavier on the high traffic area and shampooed for the 2nd time. At that point I felt the carpet was cleaner than with the professional steam cleaning. However I shampooed a 3rd and final time and it feels and looks amazing. We are very pleased and it smells great! This cleaned spots that the professional couldnt budge. We stopped at three cleanings. So when doing the dining room I have only done it one time and thats with the pretreat the deep cleaning solution and the oxy boost. We had an area we never realized was as bad as it was until the furniture was removed and Im grossed by this room. Its a pass through we have used it to sit in maybe 5 times in 4 years. Literally its not used. This room was worse than our living room which we always use. My photo is from only 1 cleaning with this solution. This proves that the products used was the answer. I am still shampooing it 2 more times before Im done. If we are removing all the furniture then we are going to make sure we do it good. The machine goes together well and is heavy but easy to use. Im a weak person and it gives me a little workout. Im sweating by the time I complete a room but it is a professional style machine. It needs to be heavy to do heavy work. My husband said it isnt heavy to him but hes stronger than me. He said feels like pushing a vacuum to him. Haha! Is it worth the money? In my opinion as of now yes as long as it holds up longevity wise. If our house was empty the cleaning would be done within a day or 2 but with furniture needing moved from room to room and energy wise this is going to take a few more days for the whole house. So with 3 days thats $90 plus tax worth if rented. Plus after all the gross stuff this picks up in a home that I know isnt a filthy home. I dont want other peoples germs brought into my home when cleaning the carpet. So far its worth it and I know what filth its sucked up. We also cleaned our throw rugs and clearly can tell it did a great job. They look strange to us cause it cleaned them to look like new different rugs. Our home is around 1400 sq ft I believe? We have 3 bedrooms, living room and dining room. I would say 3-4 bottles of 22oz pretreat would do our whole house and rugs with the high traffic areas that we have. Tips make sure to use the right products and treat the carpet as directed and take your time. If you havent shampooed in a few years shampoo let it dry repeat until the water improves averaging 1 time per year or year and a half of time not shampooed. 3 or 4 years 3 or 4 shampoos. Use hot water dont boil or microwave Pretreat (I rubbed the pretreat in with my hands on bad areas) let sit at least 5 minutes We sprayed the water moving forward we sucked going back. We stopped and moved slower across bad areas and we sucked over the wet carpet 2 more times getting as much water out of we could per each shampooing. It also shortens dry time and gives a better clean in my opinion. Let dry at least 2-3 hours with fans on them before repeating We washed each part of the machine very well each day after use. Be sure to clean around the brushed area of gunk from the carpet that collects there that will surprise you how much collects. Let completely dry before putting furniture on the carpets. Wood stain can run and metal can rust on carpet. Be patient. Its a huge job and if you dont do it often you need to give it fair time to take care of the job. Remember carpet wears just like clothes do. They may be clean but may not look new that isnt the machines fault. After shampooing and carpet is dry use your vacuum and go back over it all to lift any pieces that the deep cleaner lifts and leaves behind. Sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labor and the super soft fluffy clean carpet. The photo with the bay window lamp and fan is before and after 3 shampooing The water was 2nd shampooing The photo collage without the fan or lamp is the dining room before and after only 1 treatment 2 more is being done before stopping.

This is the best carpet machine I have owned! Completely worth every last penny. Life with kids is messy, our living room rug was absolutely disgusting. A once over with this, and a few times over the really dirty spots, and the rug looks almost new. I highly recommend!

I was out of town my puppy got about 15 bottles of water from the kitchen (my friend watching her was at work) and opened them all over my sofa and rug. After 2 days my house smelled like mold and I thought Id have to replace both. I wish I wouldve gotten a before pic of my sofa :( Smells gone and its like new clean! Way better than all the other carpet cleaners Ive had..its industrial strength, and dries in like 30 min. The upholstery extension is b@d@$$ too. Huge tank of water so youre not constantly dumping out and filling up.

I come from an old professional carpet cleaners family. Steam cleaning is the best way to clean carpets. So I was skeptical about the cost, quality, and would I be getting another machine which would probably fall apart in a year. I read all of the reviews and felt that that many people however, couldnt be wrong. I have owned 2 Bissells cleaners and each one spewed water out after about 1 year and the roller brush broke after 2 uses. The carpet cleaning wasnt great, it was bulky to store, the water tanks were small, cleaning chemicals by Bissell not that great with those machines. Both machines cost $300 EACH!!!. So understand that I was Leary of spending $400 for this machine. I took the Big Green for a test spin for the first time today. I picked the dirtiest walkways in my home. WOW!!!! I am impressed! My husband reloads ammunition and contently tracks filth in from the garage. After trying unsuccessfully to get him to take his shoes off I had had enough. Based on past Bissell cleaners I figured this was the last time around for a carpet cleaning machine before I called in a professional. While I found that the comments that the machine was bulky, hard to push, noisy, to name a few, this machine is nothing compared to the other machines Ive had. Try rental cleaners (Rug Doctor)and see what bulky, noisy etc. is, and you still wont get clean carpets. I found it was not hard to push at all (I have a really bad back too) and as for bulky, not at all! For the work this does and not having to continually having to fill and dump water tanks, I found that the larger tanks, which hold more, are much easier on my back. I also found that you dont waste as much cleaning products. I also liked the way the machine folds to store. Now for how it cleans. I will put this machine up against any professional job, any day. Not only did the filth from my husbands shoes come out but the carpet looked new, fresh, and best of all, clean. Smells nice too. I used Bissells products with this machine and found them to work much better and did great job. I would say that Bissell hit the bulls eye with this machine. There is a little back wash that is easily picked up with the Big Green. The backwash was onto my white floor (was only a very small amount) tile and I cant tell you how dirty the little water amount on the tile was. It certainly told me that this machine works fantastic. I touched the carpet right after cleaning to see how wet the carpet was. I was very surprised that the carpet was barely damp. while it would be best to let it completely dry, you would be able to walk on it in about 1 hour. The only problem now is that I have to do the whole carpet because the traffic areas I tested are so bright and clean that the rest looks dull. If you want a professional cleaning without the constant cost and hassle of calling a professional, this is it. Would I buy this again in years to come? Absolutely!!! Finally a product that really does what it says it will do. I highly recommend spending the money to have this quality of clean. Thanks Bissell!!!!!!!! I will try to update this review as the months go by. That way I can time test the equipment. I am a happy camper for now! We did the rest to the carpet today. OMG, I couldnt believe the filth that came out of a my supposed clean carpet with our Bissell up rights. It made me sick! There is no way you can fake that kind of dirt in the dirty water container. My carpet looks brand new. Maybe even brighter than new. The hardest part was moving the large 3 piece sectional sofa out of the way. But was very glad we did as even under there the carpet had accumulated a lot of dirt. We have a rental house that a professional had cleaned after the tenant moved. It looks awful after they were done. So I guess our Big Green goes on a trip to re-clean that house. The carpet there is the same color as our house so I expect great things from this machine. A few suggestions I have: 1. Watch the pilling in the ports of the machine. I thoroughly cleaned each one after each water dump to make sure there was no clogging. We checked the rollers underneath when we were totally finished to be sure that they were cleaned up too. Dont expect this machine to vacuum for you. Do that first and again once the carpet is thoroughly dry to get up the pilling left by the machine. Even professional cleaners leave pilling behind so dont think that the machine is not doing its job. 2. While extracting water from the carpet, if the water is still slightly grayish, go over the carpet area again as it still need a little work and fine tuning. When the water is clear is when you have gotten all of the dirt out. For the first time of use, you may have to do this as you are going to be very surprised at how much dirt was in your carpets. Get it clean this first time and the next time you use this machine, you wont have so much work to do. I do agree that this machine needs room to maneuver but for average rooms 9 x 12 or bigger it great. Doing small closets with closet door rails is not practical for this machine. You would have to use the upholstery hose for those areas. I would also recommend using Bissells Professional Cleaning Solution with the machine. Especially if your carpets are really bad. Dont be afraid to go over the really bad spots several times to get out all of the dirt. This machine extracts so much water that you dont over wet the carpet. Just extract several times more to be sure that you dont leave to much water behind. Watch the water flow over the top of the head to gauge how much water it is extracting. When you dont see much coming out of the carpet at this point, you should be able to move on to the next area. Drying time about 2-3 hours. Professionals put paper down and the carpet seems to be damp for 6 or more hours. So this is an improvement even over them. All in all, and after spending a total of $600 in machines (2) that dont do the job, this machine is well worth it. Besides you will pay at least that for a professional job, that may not even be as good, in just one cleaning.

I bought this because I have 2 small dogs and they like to pee on the carpet. I always clean up the pee when it happens, and I pre-treated with spray carpet cleaner and let sit for about 5 minutes before using the “Big Green”. The first time I used it, I filled the cleaning tank to the fill line and added two capfuls of cleaning liquid. I only cleaned one small bedroom fully and a hallway, and then spot cleaned in a few other places. I quickly realized I did not need that much cleaning solution. The 2nd time I used it, I used 16 cups (1 gallon) of warm/hot tap water and only one cup of cleaning solution since I planned to only spot clean some pee and vomit. I still had atleast half of the cleaning detergent left over. I say this because you don’t need to waste the detergent and only plan on enough for the job you are doing. Overall it did a really nice job cleaning and I was very pleased with the product. The photos show where my dog ate “toadkill” and then puked it up later that day. There is some shadowing in the photos, but there is no stain left after cleaning. Pros and cons listed below: Pros- cleans carpet very well, easy to use, easy to maintain, great suction, carpet dries quickly, the hose works great on stairs and upholstery Cons- super heavy to carry up/down stairs. I take all the clean/dirty reservoirs off and then carry just the machine. This reduces weight a little bit. - this thing is HUGE and I haven’t figured out where to store it yet- the machine costs a lot, but I think I will save money and have cleaner carpets in the long run, so look at it as an investment. - again this machine is heavy and I can only use it for about 15 minutes before my back starts to get uncomfortable. - you do need to spend about 5 to 10 minutes cleaning the machine after each use to keep it in good working order. - it is hard to aim the sprayer on the hose directly on the surface, but if you hold it about 3 inches away from the surface, it is easier to spray the hose correctly and you can see exactly where it sprayed the cleaning solution - both times I used it I vacuumed first, but there was wet lint that collected on the surface of my carpet. I just bent over and picked it up, or continued to go over the spot until it was suctioned up, so not a big deal. Overall, I love this machine and will most likely use it for spot cleaning every week, and full carpet cleaning quarterly. Definitely recommend for pet owners.
