Needed an extra remote for the garage door. Only got one when I bought this house. It works great.

We ordered two of these remotes to replace the old/missing/broken remotes to our Genie IS550/A opener. The instructions worked perfectly! It was very easy to clear the old remotes from the openers memory and to program the two new remotes into it. Couldnt be happier! (Note: on the Genie IS550/A, the programming button youll need to push is under the plastic light cover. Four screws hold it in place, and then youre in business.)

I had to call the garage door company to find out the model I needed, because my garage door model number was not listed on the package. Our garage door was too old. It arrived with instructions for pairing it with a more modern garage door. The instructions did not include my model of garage door. I called the company and to their credit, they walked me through the entire set up process for my 10 year old garage door. It only took a few minutes. The tech from Genie was great and stayed on the phone with me through the entire process.

Remote arrived on time in a cardboard box with bubble wrap. Came with a battery installed and paper instructions that are super sime to follow. Programmed and working within seconds. Ill provide updates if theres any issues.

These are Great Openers... All 3 buttons can be Programmed to fit Your Need... Open the Gate, Then the Garage, Then turn-on Lights in the Home... Program each of the 3 buttons in the Order YOU Want from the Larger Button to the Smaller inside one.... But FIRST You have to Have each Item PROGRAMMABLE...Ohhh They Last Forever IF Ya take care of them...Just replace the Battery about every 2 yrs depending on Your Usage....

I use this remote to open the garage door from the house. Since I have 3 garage doors, this remote works great and was easy to set up.

The instructions were very clear so I had it programmed to both our garage doors in less than 5 minutes. Im very happy and I ordered a second one just for a spare.

Not really many options anymore for these remotes. I have the older style as well as these. Both control new & old style garage doors. Both have similar range. Only draw back is that the buttons on these are very close together and when you have multiple doors programmed , it is easy to open the wrong door. Unobstructed range is about 125 feet, could possible be designed for both visor and key chain .

Worked perfectly, no complaints here.
