Works as expected.. Quick set up.. My cars home kit was not getting synced up with my garage door so I bought this and worked as expected from first minute.

To start... these are nice. Small! 3 separate buttons to program. They can be put on a key chain or you can attach the clip that comes with it to put this on a car visor or something like that. The only caution I have for this is the power. These are not strong. The programmable one built into my car can open and close my garage door from about twice as far away. Thats not to say I have to be standing AT the door for it to work. But 10-12 feet away is about as far as it reliably works for me.

Easy to install and works great havent had any issues. Nice size product. Super easy to setup. I keep mines on my key ring and my husband keeps his in his car.

The garage door opener was a good purchase. It works well and I haven’t had any problems. I would definitely buy it again if needed.

Worked on the first attempt! Tried a few other remotes and nothing would work on our slightly older door. But this one did right off the start. Only complaint is its bulky for what it is. I have on key chain, but its slightly too big to be a keyfaub. Wish this same fx worked in smaller package. Else, 5 stars!!

Less than 2 minutes to program and its working like a champ. Would definitely buy again.

Easy to use. Works just like original

My original Genie garage door opener remote had been a faithful companion for over twenty years, but its single, circular button had literally melted to sticky goo. I had my doubts when I received this replacement remote because my Genie garage door opener is older than 1995--it was installed when the house was built in 1977. I had no luck programming it from reading the included instructions or watching Genies YouTube videos. I was stuck until I read the Amazon user reviews which explained how to activate Intellicode 1. A few short minutes later--success! If, like me, you have an older Genie garage door opener, you may also have to activate Intellicode 1 to make it work. Heres how to do it: First of all, make sure you and others are clear of the garage door while youre programming the garage door opener. You dont want any pets or children around while youre doing this, for their safety, because the door moves rather abruptly if your programming is successful. It may startle you too, so be prepared if youre standing on a ladder so that you can reach the openers learn button. You dont want to fall off when the door suddenly opens! All right, lets get down to business: Pull out the plastic tab from your remote to activate its internal battery. Choose one of the three buttons on your remote and hold it down for about ten seconds, until the red LED also turns green. Both colors, red and green, will be visible within the bulb. Next, push the Learn button on your Genie garage door opener. A red light will come on beside the button on the unit. Then, on your remote, press once and release the same button you held down for ten seconds just once. The red light on the opener will flash red rapidly. Press once and release the same button on your remote again, and the red light will go off. Press the same button on your remote one more time and the garage door will open or close, depending on its previous position. Thats all there is to it! I like the compact size of this unit and the way it clips securely to my sun visor. The visor clip fits snugly to the remote, too, and should stay there. Ive read some reviews that this remote is spotty and doesnt always work. Ill let you know how mine performs in a later review. For now, Im happy that I have a garage door opener remote that works. Hope this helps.
