GENIE G3T-R 3-Button Remote. Range is very good. Buttons are the issue. Very, very light touch to activate. No click or tactile feedback that button has been pressed. If you carry your remote on a key chain or on your FOB ring, you will be triggering the remote when putting it into your pocket or purse. If the buttons were recessed or needed more pressure to activate this would not be a problem. I will be shopping for an alternate remote and discarding this one.

This remote works fairly well. The program method for Genie remotes is kinda weird but I got it to work. My main issue is that you have to be much closer than you would be when using one of the larger remotes (like the one that comes with the garage door motor). My roommate has the larger one and can use it about a 100 feet away, even one street over. By contrast, I have to be at the edge of the driveway for mine to work.

I bought one, tried it, buttons 2 and 3 work but button 1 does not. Started a return and bought another. This time buttons 1 and 2 work but button 3 does not. I tried some of this tips provided by other reviewers - that didnt help. Now trying to get support from Genie via chat (their recommended procedure). No help. The entire experience with these remotes is one big disappointment.

Our new hoe came with 2 garage doors. I set this up in under 10 minutes on both doors. Works great.

this is a replacement for my original Jeannie garage door opener and it works like a charm. It was easy to program and a lot more subdued than the original model. The only reason I bought this was to replace the original model because that button got real squishy and the garage door was hard to open and close. This is a good replacement and I am not unhappy with it so far.

Very small and pocket sized remote that works great for multiple doors. Can use as a key chain or clip on car sun visor. As always the clips included in most garage opener remotes are too small for many sun visors due to thickness of modern sun visors. Hopefully one of the manufacturers will start measuring late model car sun visors and adjust their clip size(s) accordingly.

The included instructions were exact and the total setup took less than 90 seconds from start to finish.

It was easy to pair to my garage and it has been working thus far and it’s a great price!
