> 3 dayThis tape worked so well that I had to order more to complete our deck. It even got wet from rain before we put the deck boards down and it didnt move at all. Very sticky but works great. Would definitely recommend.

> 3 dayIt is an excellent deck tape. I have nothing to envy to those of much more expensive brands, it worked great wonders.

Greater than one weekUse IMUS SEAL before applying deck boards. Whether you’re using wood or composite (eg TREX) sealing the top of the supporting joists is a must. This product exceeded expectations. I applied a week before I could install my TREX boards. Despite several rain storms it remained in place to complete the project. I used TREX screw connectors and they were compatible and made the job easy. I’m confident that this project will add years to the life of the support structure.

> 3 dayWorked well, cut product to size when using on my deck rails a couple weeks ago, will purchase more rolls once weather turns to spring and summer when replacing more deck boards. Seemed like it should work well

> 3 dayOrdered 7 rolls of Imus to protect our deck frame, because the wider 3 1/8 wasnt available through Amazon we purchased a roll of Trex Protect Beam Butyl Tape 3 1/8 as well. As far as I can tell the two products are exactly the same, right down to the pattern of packaging - the cellophane tape used to secure the roll has the same taping pattern and cut marks. The Imus is less expensive also! As far as the actual material goes, its very confidence inspiring - heavy, durable and the adhesive is AMAZINGLY sticky. In fact if youre used to Grace Vycor, you are in for a surprise...we were not expecting just how aggressive the adhesive is. Excellent and well worth the cost, we spent about $200 on our deck.

> 3 dayThe adhesive side of this acts more like caulk than duct tape. Very good adhesive after it sat in the sun for a few hours. My only problem was it would easily fall off the cardboard center tube if you werent careful.
