> 3 daySadly, my macbook pro version has no aftermarket RAM upgrade. But the SSD can. This kits is highly recommended and works. My macbook is like a new machine.

Greater than one weekI keep getting a black screen on restarts. This is either a malfunctioning item or there is another problem with it. I will return it or ask for a replacement.

> 3 dayAlready uninstalled from the laptop because it was giving so many problems. Apple software later than High Sierra wont allow certain things to work with this drive because of security. Never experienced anything like this. Customer became irate rightfully so because they lost most of their information

> 3 dayI have a Macbook Pro Retina model A1425 and bought this SSD to increase my disk space; as advertised it was a very easy DIY installation (it took me barely 8 mins or so to do it), and after it was installed my Mac is ever running faster. So to me, this was a great purchase. Additionally it was shipped pretty fast, so two thumbs up for this item and the seller.

> 3 dayInstalled this drive on my Early 2013 MacBook Pro 15 inch and worked for a few days until it all of sudden was unable to be detected. It did have fast speeds when it worked. Installed in another Mac that was able to use this drive and an enclosure but no luck at all. Very disappointed. Installed the drivers and what not needed to have this drive operational.
