> 24 hourit is an interesting machine. I like it. I am grateful for it as it would be able to automatically feed my cats while I am out of town for a few days. I took some time playing with it to get to know it. When it runs on the battery power, the portion amount was released in smaller amount compared to powered through outlet using the power cord, which gives a lot more portion. On the battery power, I had to opt for 5 portions to get to what I wanted for cats. but when it is in power cord use, I have to use 1 portion option as it released so much food.. It did the job. My cats were fat when I returned. I stopped using this machine when I am home. I will use it again when I am out of town for a few days.

> 24 hourBought this feeder mostly based on the reviews I read online at Amazon and other websites. Package arrived quickly, well protected in its shipping box, and with no dents or scratches. Setup was easy, and, if you READ the instructions for the programming of times and portions, it goes easily as well. Im pleased with the quality of the feeder, and our LARGE cat is as well. One thing we notice while our cat is getting acquainted with the feeder is that he has a tendency to lean the feeder while exploring. We decided to fill the feed chamber FULL of dry food to increase the weight of the unit for the time being until he gets used to it being there. Were hoping that he wont be pushing on it as he gets more and more used to it. One suggestion to PetLIBRO regarding this feeder it that they add a small icon or indicator to the display panel that shows the unit is properly plugged in to the USB power source. There is a battery indicator/icon, but no wall plug indicator. It would have been nice to know the dimensions of the feeder with the food bowl attached. All of the retail sites that sell the unit only give the dimensions of the actual feeder WITHOUT the bowl. FYI, its 12.25 front to back WITH bowl. And , the power plug adds another half inch in back if you are thinking of pushing it up against a wall. We purchased a feeding mat to go under the feeder (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MEHV8YR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1), but the 12 x 19 mat is a smidge too shallow unless you angle the feeder or use your own smaller bowl, or buy the larger feeding mat (16 x 24) if you have the space. All in all, were looking forward to some more sleep in the morning when our cat expects his dawn feeding.

> 24 hourThere were a few super small portions in the first few days but I havent seen that happen after the first week. I havent used the audio recording. I have it set for the smallest meal size 4 times a day and it works out fine for my kitten who eats just as much as my adult cats. I have 1 feeder per cat, only one of this brand. Im not an instructions guy but I had to follow the instructions when setting this up. The buttons are not intuitive.

> 24 hourEasy to program, convenient and worry free feeding. Helps me portion control my cats food and he gets excited every time it turns on. Bought it because my cat is very food motivated and gets very disruptive when he wants food. He also eats fast and easily overeats. The portion control allows for snacks size portions or full meal options. He is now more cuddly & less anxious in general. Bonus: it’s stylish!

> 24 hourMy wife ordered and set this up. When I first saw it I thought it was a complete waste of money. I mean, I can feed the cat. However, once we got the programming to the cats needs it was fantastic. The cat isnt following you around to get fed, waking you up at 0430 to get food, and you dont overfeed her! Its been fantastic for convenience and the cats health. Its worth the money. We are operating it on the D cell batteries right now because we are stationed in Europe and the feeder is 110. It will be really fantastic when we move stateside!

> 24 hourI love the flexibility of choosing frequency, amount, and timing of meals. Did take a bit to figure out the actual amount of food per P-1 at first, but I just did a few runs through it and measured the output to confirm. I like the battery backup for the outlet charging, though I havent needed it yet (*knocks on wood*) The one thing I wouldve changed is to add a bell/alarm for low food. The display window is pretty small, and with it being brown kibble on a black background and me being an oblivious person who rarely looks closely at the machine, its not always immediately obvious the food is out. But my cat does a good job reminding me if I dont notice her empty bowl lol.

> 24 hourGreat overall with the exception of the non existent volume of the recording you make. No matter how loudly and clearly you speak, the recording is too quiet and not clear.

> 24 hourThis automatic pet feeder is great if you have to be away for long periods of time because of work or a vacation. You can set up to 6 different times to feed and it’s pretty simply. You have the option of using batteries to keep the feeder going incase your little one knocks out the cord or the power goes out. Only thing I wish was different would be a more accurate way of distributing smaller portions cause the lowest setting feeds a good bit.
