This is well made. It even has a braided usb c cable. I don’t know what this person is on about but I’m glad I ignore their review. Plus, my cat cannot steal from this feeder. The lid screws on with an airtight gasket and even if you knock it around to the point of tipping it over food won’t spill out of the feeder slot at the bottom. Very nice.

This works well. The portions are very accurate and seems well built. My biggest complaint is that it beeps pretty loud whenever you want to unlock the buttons and manually feed your cat. This scares my cat. why not allow us to mute the sound?

I purchased this feeder because my cat constantly meows for food at feeding time and for when I go on vacation. The quality is good, the directions are easy to understand, and the screen locks so the cat can’t tamper with it. The -1 star is because of the portion size: 1 portion is not enough and 2 portions is a little too much. I opted to keep the unit and just adjust my cat’s feeding.

Works as described. I dont use the voice feature as the cats hear the food and coming running pretty quickly. You must test portion size to see how much of your food one cycle will dispense. Set-up is easy. Only odd thing is that the clock does seem to add a minute over a couple months so clock may need minor adjustment every now and again. I am not sure why I waited so long to get one of these automatic feeders.

I became concerned with keeping dry food safe and unexposed to air when I realized the lid doesnt lock flush--unless you force it with pressure, but after that I couldnt get it open. I almost jammed my fingers trying to snap it open, and the entire feeder container popped off the machine spilling food everywhere. I do like this feeder, however doesnt seem to be possible to have it replaced or returned with eating your money.

Its really pretty but I never used it because I cant figure it out. I had to buy a manual cat feeder. Waste of money but looks good

This food dispenser is great. It’s relatively easy to program. Our cat throws up if she eats too much, so with this we feed her a smaller amount more times per day. She knows when it’s programmed to feed her, so she is waiting when it dispenses. It’s very cute. Also, she is overweight, so this helps us monitor her food intake.

I used this feeder for several months successfully. I change my cats, kibble and feeder would jam sometimes because of the shape of the new kibble. I contacted the vendor and they responded quickly. They asked for a video showing the problem, which I sent them. They’ve been authorized a refund. I am very pleased with the service.

I got this for my Step mother who has to keep the cats food down in there basement(dog was eating it when it was upstairs). So she would feed it every morning and evening by going downstairs(and going down and up the basement stairs is getting harder for her).

I feed my lab 2 cups of dry food at a time and this feeder couldn’t hold the food. It’s also really confusing to setup and the instructions didn’t help. They put the cup sizes in another form of numbers and it gets really confusing. It’s also loud when dispensing food so don’t recommend if you’re sleeping when it goes off
