Love the idea that my cat no longer wakes me up in middle of night! At first I used the voice record but recorded a Ring Tone from my phone instead of my voice. So, it make a little tweet noise. Then it lost memory - but by then my cat was used to the machine noise + she now checks there before she comes to me. Ive had 6 months. However, the one I got is Really Hard to get the top turned to put food in - I have to use a rubber gloves to turn. And, taking the outer cover off to clean is so hard. Just lift the tabs Well if you have two people and four hands to lift stiff tabs and pull. Which often results in bumping controls and ruining settings. Overall, Im glad I have it, but would look at a different model when I need a new one.

Easy to put together and program. Works well and very reliable.

We have had a difficult time programming it.

The only issue I have with this is for our cats to use this twice a day with a separate smaller wet food feeding daily, we have to use the two lowest dispense settings. Out of 50 it has to be set to 1 or 2. Compared to previous feeders this leaves very little fine tuning in food quantity for smaller pets.

The feeder is well made and is easy to program, also like that it has battery backup (3) D size batteries required, After doing some research I purchased this feeder to use as a fish feeder for my Koi pound for when I’m away from home numerous days at a time, The hopper holds plenty of Koi chow pellets for weeks of feeding, I fabricated a simple stand that overhangs the pond to sit the feeder on. I set up the Feeder to feed once per day and on the 4-portion setting. The feeder has a ton of settings to configure feeding schedule times and food portions. The feeder is not designed to be exposed to the weather elements as shown in the picture, in the future it will be mounted in weatherproof housing.

A bit hard to program, but works great after that.

Right away, trying to progress this machine is not easy. I read the directions and they were, in my opinion, useless. Someone else in my household tried and had no luck either. I wanted to return it but I was too late. Save your money. I would not recommend it.

Esperaba más de este producto, primero porque pensé que se podía manejar con alguna app directo de tu teléfono, segundo, cada que lo prendes hay que configurarla, ajustar las porciones a la cantidad de comida que pones en el dispensador, porque no puedes poner comida para 2 o más días ya que las porciones se calculan con el total del contenido. Es un poco difícil al principio atinar a la porción correcta.
