I used this feeder for several months successfully. I change my cats, kibble and feeder would jam sometimes because of the shape of the new kibble. I contacted the vendor and they responded quickly. They asked for a video showing the problem, which I sent them. They’ve been authorized a refund. I am very pleased with the service.

This feeder has a sleek exterior, and after getting a better understanding of how to portion meals, distributes well. However, note that there is a cord for plugging in and a place for batteries, in case the power were to go out. Batteries do not fit in this machine. Poor design on that. There is the option to record a message, but the sound quality is pretty low. And lastly, the instructions could have better explained how to manage portions on this machine. EDIT: The PetLibro team was easy to reach out to and resolve issues! Very customer oriented.

Cat no longer constantly begs because the food comes from this machine and not me. Setup programming is confusing at first but I got over it. I dont use their bowl as I feel its too deep and causes whisker fatigue. The Cat Guru shallow bowl fits perfectly.

Very satisfied with this purchase. The device works great and the battery backup gives me peace of mind on vacation. It has already been knocked over but the top remained locked on.

Update:4 stars overall - high for customer service. The company dealt with broken item very well, supported troubleshooting, clear and constant communication. Worked fine for 3 months. Portion size was easy to setup. Stopped dispensing completely. None of the suggestted fixes worked.

This feeder is much less tedious to set up than other feeders Ive used. It has a durable braided cord, which will prevent my cat from chewing through it. I also love that you can set the speaker to only go off during certain mealtimes, so it wont wake me up when the cats have breakfast on days I sleep in.

This is great! Perfect for portion control with my little plump boy! Especially since my previous cat had diabetes and I definitely want to keep him healthy! Love the Pavlovian response when it dispenses his food. Had for about a month and it’s easy to set up. Also has a battery backup with a battery life indicator.

Wonderful product and will make your life easier. Our cat hears in falling in the dish and comes running.... Helps you spread out the timed eating for cats who need to lose weight.

Honestly one of the best purchases Ive ever made. It works great, reliable, and we no longer have to panic if were running late home, or out of town for a day. The settings are a tiny bit obnoxious, since there is no way to go back, if you want to set it up and screw it up, you have to cycle all the way through it again, but this is such a minor inconvenience. I have noticed after having it for several months that the timer is slightly slow, now 6 pm on the dispenser is more like 6:03. Non-issue really just a comment.

Works ok but I would not buy again nor rely on it for daily feedings. It don’t put out the same amount of food consistently. All settings are correct but it seems to only put out a portion of the feedings ever now and then. Set for 5 servings but it only spits out a 1/4 of that ever now and then.
