> 3 dayI am a 3d amature, but, since this is my 4th printer, I do know a good 3d printer when I have one and the QiDi x-plus is a very, very good 3d printer. It is easy to use, runs quiet, the print quality is excellent, I did have a couple of issues at first but their second to none support staff fixed them immediately with no questions asked. QiDi puts their money where their mouth is and what I mean by that is, they dont hesitate to send you what you need in parts and they will do it at their expense. I highly recommend this printer and this company to anyone looking for good products and service!!

> 3 dayI love this printer I am both a hobbyist and a tinkerer. I think its awesome that the print bed is very large, because it cuts a big chunk of time off to print small objects and large. I also like the fact that theres two ways to load and upload the filament outside and inside. The customer service is amazing always right there when you need them. The printer is very versatile ,easy to use and learn. If youre looking for a good quality, easy to use, great printing space, and sturdy frame. I would highly recommend this printer.

> 3 dayI got the X-Plus with a grant for my classroom. I had a little experience with 3D Printers when I ordered this one, but this thing was ready to go right out of the box. Maybe not right away, but it was put together and I had a test print up and running quickly. The print quality is awesome. Even the QIDI slicer is easy to use. I love the auto shut off feature when a print ends. Ive had this machine since September and have been running it pretty solid since. When I did run in to a problem, their tech support helped me quickly get the machine back up and running. I would definitely recommend the X-Plus for sure, but probably any of the QIDI printers for people getting started with 3D printing but want a quality machine that will last.

> 3 dayI will admit - I had some issues at the beginning with the WiFi, but support walked me through a number of steps to check one component and the next and came up with VERY fast solutions/steps to try with less than 12 hour turn around each time. In fact, if I contacted in the evening, I got answers within minutes. Apart from that issue (which is now 100% fixed btw), the machine the entire time has been robust, simple to use, and pretty darn fast. I am THRILLED with what I got for the price and am thankful for this device. Good work, Qidi!

> 3 dayI love their machines. They are ready to use straight out of the box. When I do have an issue with one of my printers, their customer service is the best! They send videos to show you how to fix things, if you do not know how to. I would highly recommend this company.

> 3 dayWhile I havent gotten into the full swing of using the product itself, what Im very appreciative of is the outstanding level of customer support and service. Surely, theres no product thats mass produced without flaw for every customer.. however, knowing that you can email the support team, and to see the effort put forth in resolving your problem is a value that cant be bought. The team behind this product understands what it means to be good business people - and while theres a variety of 3D printers out there (which can all variably be a hit or miss,) a business that knows how to treat their customers is quite rare. Thank you to Linda, and the Qidi team.

Greater than one weekPrinter prints great right out the box. I’ve had this for about 3 months now and have tried all kinds of filaments from pla to pc and even the trickier ones like tpu and nylon filaments and this thing can do it all. Customer support is second to none. Had a minor problem and they responded within the hour and had a new part shipped out the next day. I highly recommend.

Greater than one weekThis is our second 3d printer at home. and after printing everyday after 1 month, I feel I could give some feedback. First all, the printer is build very sturdy with enclosure. It works out of box which is really save time and efforts. I feel this is a luxury version compare to my first one (which is still working though reporting error now and then). What make Qidi 3d printer outstand, as the other comments said, the customer service response quickly. They would like to give detailed information. They even have lots of videos to show how. The videos are not polished much but just informative for diyers. The only thing I concerned about was that we have only linux computer at home but the default qiti slicer was for windows / mac. I send them a email before place the order, and they send me a config file for CURA to test out. And it works great for me at default. Will try to mess around the settings now and then. The removable plate make it easy to remove models. It has two sides. The white side can print without glue. but I found the PLA will stuck to it and very difficult to remove. Now I use blue tape on the dark side (need to calibrate again) and now removing models are so easy. So far the only problem is that filament break during printing, I tried to switch filament. The printer has a change filament option. It resume at wrong height. I may need to read manual/video and try again later. My 11-yo son can operate the printer himself as long as models are prepared on SD card. I would say the printing process is worry free (comparing to our first one).
